**LOVE** this place. (Understatement.) Such a warm and rustic decor with a working fireplace, amazing staff, and sauces to die for. (Take the extra bread - Steve says you will want it for dipping, and he was not joking.) Every dish I’ve had here has been phenomenal. The chicken thighs with mustard sauce and the scallops are nothing short of exquisite. Worth every penny!!! One of my very favorite places to eat on the North Shore!!

Edit 12/23 - added pictures of my latest meal here. Everything was fantastic as always - got the special scallops and snapper with the cheesecake.. delightful.

Went to this restaurant on Friday. There place was completely packed. Every table was taken. Glad I made reservations ahead of time. This is my favorite restaurant in Tahoe and I always make sure to come here when I’m in the area. Food is always delicious. Service is always great. Fabulous atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic place. Food is amazing and sauces are fantastic. They also went above and beyond in their customer service. They are a smaller place and we had a fairly large party for reservations. A crash winded up causing some of the party to he about an hour late. The restaurant had no worries and accommodating us with the best attitude. They made it quite clear not to rush and that the table was ours for the night. Amazing customer service and amazing food. Highly highly recommend.

One of our favorite restaurants. I don't typically leave reviews but I can't help myself. We usually dine in but with two toddlers and the restaurants overall atmosphere, we choose not to subject the patrons to that lol. So we placed a to go order for one of my favorite dishes on the planet. I love scallops and have had them prepared so many different ways. The pepper seared sea scallops w/ smoked pork belly is phenomenal. Truly last dish worthy. Best take on scallops that i have ever had. One of those dishes that you just want to savor the taste of. If your a scallop fan, order this dish and you will be happy you did. Well done chef.

This was my first time eating at Soule Domain, and it definitely will not be the last. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The staff were friendly and attentive. Every item on the menu was top-notch and can be made gluten-free. I could put the Thai curry sauce from the scallops on everything! Even the soup (complimentary) and salad were exceptional.

As equally intimate as it is rustic, this place is a true gem. I had the Pepper Seared Sea Scallops w/ Smoked Pork Belly, and let me say that my already high expectations were surpassed. I also sampled the duck and lamb entrees from around the table and everything was sublime. It is all too rare when I go out and experience spectacular food, exquisite ambiance, and top-notch service (thank you Jessie, you were beyond wonderful), but this place did not disappoint. This is where you want to eat. Period.

Highly recommend checking out this cozy spot for dinner! Immediately upon entering it was very clear that lots of effort has been put into the atmosphere, all staff was incredibly friendly, and our server Jessie was phenomenal! She truly elevated our dining experience, which was delicious from start to finish. The duck, lamb, & scallops were all to die for, as was the wine! We can’t wait to come back!

The staff were friendly and I loved that they were very attentive. However there is no air conditioning, so the dining room was very hot. Additional fans would have helped. The food was amazing. Every appetizer and entree was delicious. They served butter and homemade hummus with homemade bread 🥖🍞. We had Lobster wontons, the salad with fresh peaches, cherries with a delicious vinaigrette. I had the shrimp fettuccine and the sauce... omg was different but the best I've ever had. I also added a lobster tail which came in a bowl that had a sauce similar to Lobster Bisque. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin. It was cooked perfectly with potatoes and the best sauteed vegetables. We had enough for lunch the next day. Can't wait to go back and try some other menu items!!

This is a wonderful restaurant for couples. The ambiance is great, food and service too. My wife and I went for our anniversary dinner and it definitely made our night! The price right as well!

These days customer service is nonexistent and quality is completely disregarded. Not at Soule Domain! I have been dining there for years and am impressed time & time again. The Soule Domain provided an outstanding evening with good service & fantastic food. We ate outside in the evening so we had the place to ourselves!! Thanks to the chefs and staff, your hard work does not go unnoticed. See you next time.

We had one of our top meals at this restaurant. Their chef is amazing. I had pork tenderloin and my partner had duck. Both delicious! Highly recommend!

The experience at the Soule Domain never disappoints. I have been dining here since the 90's. One of Tahoe's best gems! 👌

Excellent food and service. Very nice ambiance, wonderful choices of delicious food and attentive service. A few of the perfect highlights included the quiet setting with a warm fireplace, our attentive waiter Mike, the starter of homemade bread with hummus was unique and special, the appetizers and main courses were very on point, and the dessert was truly unbelievable; We chose an amazing chocolate torte with fresh whipping cream, homemade ice cream and strawberries. Personally, I don't even like desserts, especially chocolate, but this was really super special and delicious.

Soule Domain is very special, romantic and delicious. Highly recommended.

The new outdoor wine + snacks bar is amazing! Such a comfortable, laid atmosphere in a beautiful setting - yet with the delicious wines and yummy snacks you'd expect from Soule Domain! As much as I'm hesitant to spread the word, for fear of it getting too populated, this place is a gem!

Great dining experience! Came here for dinner, the water was already on the table when we were seated. After we placed our order, we got delicious bread with Hummus. Everything we ordered was amazing! Beside what we ordered we also got a cup of carrots & ginger soup which was very good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

This one of a kind place is a true gem — cabin dinning with a rustic decor, complete with a wood burning fireplace. The friendly and attentive service, and most importantly the food, are outstanding. We splurged with five courses, and every one was a winner. Don’t pass it up, you’ll be glad you went.

A charming little place on the CA/NV border. A creative menu, excellent food, and a friendly, attentive owner focused on customer satisfaction. The arugula salad was excellent, and swordfish so tender and juicy!

The staff were so friendly and fun, and the food was AMAZING. Their sauce game is absolute perfection and they have a lot of very interesting and different dishes on their menu. 15/10 would go back.

A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Steve waited on us, he was super friendly and attentive, the same goes for the rest of the front-end staff! Simply put, all the food was delicious! I look forward to returning.

I went for the first time with my family for my brother's birthday. We had a fantastic experience and incredible food. I can't wait to eat there again.
