Papa Johns Pizza

Steven and Damonte deserve a raise !!! The gentlemen were very helpful, got my pizza out in a very timely manner, and even greeted me soon as I stepped in the door! I have been coming to this place for years and the service was impeccable! Keep up the great work guys, I hope this review makes it to management!

This location provided pizza to our school yesterday for teacher appreciation week and everything was amazing. The manager Nathan was great! Very courteous and professional

I ordered a small pizza, the service was good, the facility was nice and clean.

ordered another one today you know Papa John's is my favorite and always will be they'll tell you an hour and a half but they're always at my house within 30 minutes😋😂

Papa Johns is my favorite place to order pizza when I don't feel like making it at home. We always order the Family Special. It comes with 1 large specialty pizza and 1 large 1 topping pizza which is perfect for our family. The adults get the Works pizza with everything on it and the kids get a pepperoni pizza because all that stuff on ours is yucky, lol. We throw in an order of cheesesticks and we have a happy family fun night, watching movies and eating pizza.

Atmosphere was clean where I stood , however I wasnt happy when I ordered online as I couldn't get my order because of a glitch on their end and didnt get my order I called but got customer service which was no help period. After using Papa John's for 37 years I was not happy with any of their excuses of why they couldn't resolve the issue. To bad because they out pizza the hut but failed in customer service!

I'm not going to lie I've never been a papas John fan but my bf wanted it so we ordered it and I must say it was BOMB way better than the villa rica domino's and pizza hut I must say they have the best pizza in villa rica.

Edit: the manager called me with in a few hours of my review and explained that online ordering is not linked to store and that inwouod have to order over phone to use credit! They also have a new store manager. Very professional and very nice
Usually the only problem is a long wait for delivery so i pick up. This last experience was very irritating! When i arrived to pick up pizza they gave it away or didn’t start it but said they would make it in 10 min and would give me 2 free pizzas for inconvenience so i thought cool. The young lady shay (i think her name was) said it was linked to my number which sounded weird but ok. Today when i try it out same full price. Bad business

I went to the drive-in to place an order because I physically couldn't get out of the car to walk-in. Jennie was at the window and told me due to store policy she couldn't take the order at the window but pleasantly offered to take my order by phone while I parked out front. After taking my payment and a quick wait she brought my purchase to the to the car. Thank you Papa John's.. This was extraordinary customer service!! Better Pizza, Better Service, Papa John's.

At 615 I ordered pizza for the family and kids from Pizza Hut in villa rica. A HoUR later they called and say sorry can’t deliver. Now I got a house of screaming kids and no pizza. It’s amazing that Pizza Hut is still open. I called papa johns on Friday night at 715 and had my food by 750. Food is hot and correct thank you papa johns for saving the night.

Friendly staff. I always call my order in because it is much cheaper than using the app. (Example: I put two pizzas in my cart and the total was $34.78, called and ordered the same two pizzas and the total was $16.63) I also pick up my order to avoid delivery charges. I wouldn’t mind having it delivered and tipping the driver, but not going to pay a delivery charge on top of that. But the few times I have had it delivered it was within the time estimated. I like doing business with this store.

I placed an order online and set the delivery time for 6:30. I was so excited when the food was delivered by 6:35 and everything was still hot. Thank papa John's! Y'all did a great job!!!

Love the buffalo chicken pizza. We also had the spinach tomato alfredo pizza. Which the pizza didn't have any tomatoes. The district manager reached out and credit us 2 pizzas. We love Papa John's. Ty

Pizza is always hot when ordered. They make it accurate each time. Wonderful experience overall

They goofed and dropped my pizza, and they made another in 10 minutes and gave the whole order to me for free for the inconvenience! Wow! So nice of them!

Computers crashed on Christmas Eve, orders were messed up (due to computer error, not the employees) and Drew and his squad handled it like pros! These guys know customer service! Great job guys!

Tonight we got the freshest pizza's... Set delivery time was on point, very nice and sweet delivery driver. Thanks Pappas johns.
