Never had an issue with the post office , clerks are fast friendly and helpful ! I do wish the mail people wouldn't throw packages tho but besides that it's great 👍

Got in got out, quick and simple. The worker at the desk was kind, eloquent, and had an uplifting demeanor.

Mail says important documents do not destroy yet it's soaked and un legible when delivered to my mailbox . Constantly have issues not getting mail or getting neighbors mail like come on guys you have one job to read addresses properly. They are very complacent in their actions and don't care about the actual proper delivery of mail. I will be updating my review once I can actually get a hold of someone in the post office. They literally ruined this car title...

DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE! Postmaster is full of LIES. Dropped off a $400 package to them and it conveniently went missing. Postmaster says "There is no way to tell if we ever received the package" This is a flat out LIE because the package was handed directly to them as they helped me pick out the box it would best fit in.

I run a business in Archbold that is dependent on the post office stopping by daily to pick up my mail. Several times a month I have to take my packages up there because they "forgot" to stop by or a "sub didn't know" that a mailbox with a flag up means there is outgoing mail. Post master has said numerous times it wouldn't happen again...she however has been wrong over and over again.

Since taking our packages to Ridgeville instead of Archbold no packages have come up missing. Just be aware that this post office is known for missing packages hundreds of dollars just disappear in their hands.

Call the talk to someone and you get no answer but a automated message called 5 times to try to get ahold of a human and nothing small town you would think it would be easy nope

This brach is absolutely terrible and completely unreliable. One day they show up at noon, the next it’s 4:30 and then they flat out forget to stop. As on online retailer their lack of consistency makes it hard for us to get packages to our customers in a timely manor. This branch closes at 4:30, so when 4:25 rolls around and they still haven’t showed, I have to pull someone from the floor to take mail uptown because we don’t know if they forgot us or will show up well past 4:30. We have addressed the issues with the post master who was rude, obnoxious and took zero accountability. We are flat out tired of the incompetency of the Archbold Post Office and believe it’s time someone reevaluates who should and shouldn’t be working in that office. Wish I could have given zero stars.

The mail lady will not bring a package to our house. We have to go to post office to pick it up. We pay for delivery to our house and that's what I would like . If ask at the post office and they say she will not take the package to your door. I think that's doing part of her job that we pay her for. I dont understand how she can do only part of her job in archbold oh.

Our postal person is a JOKE. Wrong mail in everyones box all the time. And she comes through the park driving like a wild woman when this place is full of kids. Post master ALWAYS says things wont happen again but THEY ALWAYS DO!!!!

There is no one to talk too. Sad day in the USPS! The typical excuses of Covid 19 and the automated run-around.
The mail carrier dropped all my mail on the ground. No way to share that information. No accountability .

Service? Ha.
