The staff (particularly Mina - hopefully I spelled that correctly!) are phenomenal. Our company had an issue with a package delivery for a customer, and Mina went above & beyond to locate the package and hold it for our customer. Her follow-through and follow-up was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Truly, my interaction with her was a delight!

Small post office. Friendly and helpful staff. Not as crowded as post office in Taos or El Prado, so you don't have to wait in line so long.

As good as a Post Office gets. Staff are amazing, helpful, go above and beyond, and are always part of the solution and not the problem.

I rented a post office box for over 5 yrs. I moved but paid for 3 more months. When we went to collect our mail, They rented out my box, changed the lock, and returned our mail.
How is that even a legal thing to do? They are getting paid twice for the same post office box and caused my family more stress trying to find/retrieve our mail.
