This restaurant was fantastic 😍 when I put on a lot I could tell that it was going to be a good visit cuz it all look nice and no trash. The dinning room was very clean. Drink station was clear and we'll stocked. The cashier was beyond nice. Very up beat and friendly. Our food was brought out to us. That's a nice touch. The restroom was clean but it has a very odd smell. Like a old mop head.

Best KFC I have ever eaten at. Staff was very friendly. The manager was a great leader of her staff. I at the at approximately 7 pm on Saturday evening (3/2/19). The chicken tenders we're delicious, fresh, hot and came out quickly. They even brought it to our table nice touch☺

My wife and I stopped in for a quick grab-a-meal and go and we were pleased again at the courteous treatment and fast service, as we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The food was excellent, as you would expect and the environment was clean and well lit. Restrooms were clean and odor free, except for the mild smell of a cleaning agent. Whenever we travel through Arab, AL on Hwy 231 (Brindlee Mountain Parkway) and are looking for a good place to stop and eat, we choose this KFC! Lacey Fayard, the assistant manager greeted us and welcomed us back, which made our visit extra nice!

The next day we ate at the cullman kfc and was greatly over charged! Arab livers ,mashed potatoes and slaw for two was 15.89$ .The same meal at cullman which they called a large box and only had 7 livers was 28.27$ I greatly appreciate the arab kfc and thank yall for being so good to your customers! The livers were delicious and were happy to see them back!!

Love pot pies and fried chicken

Went to KFC in Guntersville, Al Friday at 4:55pm. Ordered chicken wings and a pot pie. They didn't have either one. I wasn't told they were cooking more just that they were out of both items. Went to Arab and purchased items with no problems. Love my Arab KFC. The people there are always friendly and helpful.

I like the buffet. All the chicken I can eat as well as salads and side dishes. I can always count on a cobbler and an iced bread pudding for dessert. I especially like it when the buffet has chicken and dumplings. I spoon it over the mashed potatoes like gravy. That's probably my favorite item.

Wyatt was about the friendliest, that guy needs a raise 🤘

It's a 15 minute drive to the KFC in Arab Alabama, but the food is worth it. Much better then KFC stores in Huntsville. And you can always go to Foodland just down the road and save money meat and chicken. Worth the drive.

Great meal. It surprised me really as KFC is not a usual choice for us! We were all pleasantly surprised with a great meal!

The only thing I didn't like was how much the prices went up! Got pot pie and they have upped the price over 25%.

Good food

Pretty awesome place to eat. The chicken is always GREAT. The employees are always friendly and super hilarious! I suggest gettin' your homemade chicken dinners from here.

Love it the food was great my favorite is the fried okra I wish they did peach cobbler and banana pudding more often the customer service is great I come here often my kids even love it friendly and respectful place

The food was still hot (rare for a buffet), the staff was courteous and the restaurant was quite clean. For 6 dollars, can't beat the lunch time buffet here.

Went through the drive threw about 230ish ordered the number 9 what I got was old dried up chicken I couldn't even finish literally only the top half of my biscuit and fries so burnt you could crumble them in your fingers
