New furnace sale and installation: the installers were prompt, professional and efficient. The office staff were responsive, helpful, and kind. It all adds up to a job well done and an excellent hvac company.

Very happy with this company! My heat went out on the weekend. When I called, I was advised that there was an extra fee for off hours. The technician I spoke with was extremely nice and caring. He had me trouble shoot over the phone and since nothing worked, he shared his thoughts on what might be wrong (with an approx. cost to fix it), which gave me a peace of mind (knowing it could be something else, of course). Since it wasn't extremely cold out and I had a place to stay for the weekend, I chose to wait until Monday morning.
Jeff came this morning. He was very nice! He checked the unit and determined it was exactly what his colleague thought (the ignitor needing replacement). It was a simple a fairly inexpensive fix. Less than 40 min later, my furnace was back running and the service/replacement cost very very reasonable!

We live in an older home (1917) with radiators. For years we've put huge AC units in three floors to stay cool in the summer. After seeing more MItsubishi units in our neighborhood, we started doing research with ac/heat pump options. After contacting three reliable installers we settled on Bethke. The prices were all similar and the detail that Brian D. did analyzing our home and needs, we came to the conclusion that he knew exactly what was needed to keep us cool in the summer and with the split system warmer in the winter. After a slight delay (weather cold snap,) we settled on an install date. On time and with a crew of three installers they looked over the proposed sites of the indoor units and got to work. Within two days we had everything installed. The detail that they put into this job was fantastic. Rather than running the lines straight up the side of the home creating a visual eyesore, they consulted us and said if we put the lines here they'll parallel the fireplace and be less visible. It took a little more time but the finished product looks great. I woud recommend Bethke to anyone looking for not only this type of system but any heating or cooling needs. Jason cook and his team work really hard to solve heating situations we have to deal with steam or water systems they can be tricky at times and they really put their heads together to get situations solved.
I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the part needed to make the repair. After making the repair, he confirmed everything was working properly before leaving. Woke up to a very cold house, but I wasn't worried. I have had a service plan with Bethke for several years. Less than 20 minutes after I left a message with the answering service, John was at my house. He remembered me from an earlier visit, when he replaced a faulty Nest thermostat, and promptly diagnosed the issue. We have always used Bethke for our home heating and air and been very happy with their services every time. When there was an issue with the thermostat unit they came and replaced it at no charge. Then when we needed a heating unit installed in our new Cleary building, Bethke was responsive and informative in helping us decide which option would work best for the space. Have had a great experience with this company during the past week of horrendous temperatures! The central A/C unit went out last week. They came out ASAP. Fixed said it was old… needed new. It broke down a few days later…they came out right away gave us an estimate and luckily it worked out they could get us in
to fix the next day! Remember it was 100 degrees this week!! Thanks All the people I worked with were so accommodating, friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Technicians who installed also noted other things and fixed them. Thanks to them so much for that!

We had routine maintenance done on our HVAC system this morning. The technician, Camden, completed the job efficiently. He also took time to go over the condition of our furnace and AC and answer a couple of questions. He clearly enjoys his work. For someone just starting in his career, he already is a great representative for Bethke's services.

We have been Bethke customers for 18 years. The technicians provide courteous, professional, knowledgeable service and have told us that the company treats them well, which speaks a lot for Bethke's management style. Recently we needed to replace our a/c. We received a quote and the technicians were out the next morning to do the install which was a pleasant surprise since we'd been told it might be a six-week wait. Maybe we just got lucky but I'd like to think that Bethke looks after loyal customers! We recommend the Energy Savings Agreement which covers annual check-ups of the a/c and heating units to ensure they are functioning properly and safely. Thanks, Bethke!

John came out and spent a couple hours tearing apart my 1963 boiler, cleaned it thoroughly and reassembled it. All the while helping me better understand how it fit together and worked. Also gave me great advice on maintaining it and avoiding
additional expense. In the past, the other companies who came out just basically vacuumed out the boiler, and charged significantly more for less service. I'll will have Bethke come out and perform preventative maintenance on an identical boiler I have next door. All my HVAC business will be going to Bethke from now on. Great service at a reasonable price!!

I’d just like to give Bethke Heatinig and Jason a big 5 star review. Bethke installed my old system - both AC and furnace 20 plus years ago, and they were excellent. And recently I have worked with Jason (the owner of Bethke) to put in a new heat pump system. Jason spent hours with me designing the system, explaining the ins and outs of various heat pumps. It is now in and up and running well. Personal, professional service and flawless products. Very satisfied.
