Absolutely recommend Valley Periodontics. Dr. Jumes was very nice and the whole process of my wisdom teeth extraction went flawlessly. Everything healed quickly and properly and there was no pain. I had no issues with my insurance either. I recommend to everyone. 10/10

The staff made me feel so comfortable during my procedure and Dr. Jumes answered all of my questions and made everything clear on what he was doing. He also came in on a holiday and took great care of me and reassured me of the work that was being done to fix a suture I had ripped. Highly recommend Dr. Jumes and his team.

Dr. Jumes and his staff were so nice and helpful throughout the process of a crown lengthening procedure. Dental work can be nerve racking and intimating but the staff eased my worries and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Only took about an hour and I couldn’t be happier. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. I didn’t feel a thing and was in and out. And bonus, no pain after!

Love my Dr. Hate the office staff. I spoke to my Dr. About my treatment. He was very apologetic and glad that I spoke up. Now my husband has some work to be done and is frustrated with how he is being treated. Next time I need work I am changing Dr. ☹

Dr.Jumes is very easy to work with and puts you at ease. However, Erika! " I needed to change my cleaning appointment, she said nothing available this year! I said ok...Then I said I recieved a card for a cleaning at Dr Leemans office. "Do what you want to do"!! Just got off the phone with her! And she is representing that office!

I haven't even begun to have work done and I'm so upset with the office staff I don't know what to do. I set up a "just a consolation" with the understanding it was a consolation, no charge. When I left I was charged a ridiculous amount. I asked for the office manager to call me, of course no call back. The I get an estimate of the cost and it could be in a foreign language, can't make heads or tells out of what the over $5000.00 they want to change is for. How can you trust the doctor when you can't trust the office staff? Don't know what to do, if I start over with some one else I will be out what they have already over charged me.

The billing staff at Valley Periodontics are not at all helpful or friendly. I am sorely disappointed with the service I have received from them. My experience there was also fraught with one mistake after another. Will not go back.
