Great company! Mike's work for me has included installing central air, furnace maintenance and fixing a gas leak. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains things in a way that's easy to understand and has reasonable rates. N.E.W. Mechanical is a company you can trust!

Mike is amazing. I trusted him within a couple minutes of talking to him. I truly believe he has his customer's best interests at heart. An honest and down to Earth guy who doesn't beat around the bush but also won't try to push you into things you don't need. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because he deserves it. True professional and great all around person.

Mike and the guys were great! They were so patient with me and my situation. When I was finally able to get them out to look at my AC they were knowledgeable, professional and I know they did it right. They were honest and got straight to work.

We needed to lay gas pipes from the basement to swap out an old electric stove for a gas range and fix a new range hood. Mike and his guys did a really outstanding job with what looked like a tough task to me. For laying almost 40 feet of rigid metal piping, they only needed to make a small hole in the basement ceiling whereas other contractors were proposing 3 openings. They double checked to make sure there was no leakage anywhere in the house and finished job was very clean. Did a very professional, courteous and fast job and even with coming all the way to Green Bay for this, they charged just a fraction of what others were asking for. Highly recommended!!

Found our new Heating and Cooling guys! Works very well with those who have disabilities; is not one bit discriminatory! Very honest and prices are great. Him and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was mainly looking for someone who could fit us in because our air conditioner quit working. I used one company and they gave my brother a hassle because they couldn’t understand him or his CP and refused to do work for him. Very grateful for a job well done and excellent customer service.

I really can't say enough about the stand up quality of N.E.W. Mechanical. Truly impressed from the honesty, professionalism, and integrity from Mike and his crew. It's worth noting he also stuck around on his own time to make sure I had an opportunity to ask any questions.

Phenomenal work! Put in a new natural gas furnace (replaced full house electrical heat), Air conditioning, humidifier, gas water heater and plug in for gas stove. Mike and Luke did meticulous work, cleaned up 110% after they were finished and were pleasant and beyond courteous. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Mike and his son were a joy to have working at my house, informative, knowledgeable, thorough, and quite reasonably priced. It was nice to see his son enthusiastically work and learn from his Dad.

Have had furnaces put in two houses in last three years. Outstanding service and available at all hours for any problems that might occur. Not to mention, great pricing. Recommend heartedly.
