Big shout-out to Michelle for helping me out today in selecting dresses. Although l was there to purchase one dress but l bought 4 clothes, all thanks to her. She’s best and guided me so well. I’m definitely going back soon. Keep up the good work!

I went to cleo store on Mother’s day .I shopped for almost 400$ worth clothes and the guy , Manish helped me a lot finding a right size for me for every dress I purchased ,it was so busy at that time but still he managed to help me entirely :) I would have given 10 stars if it would be possible just because of Manish’s Customer Service. Highly recommend to visit cleo.

I do enjoy shopping here only when it's on sale. Prices are just right then. I have a budget only downside is that when you don't get the size you need. Hit & miss. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

I love Cleo’s clothes. They have a large petite selection that fits me perfectly. I’m 5’3”. Their return policy is easy and efficient. I always find something perfect for any occasion.

My go to store. I like the addition of the two gentlemen employees, they are delightful and good at finding clothes that work together. All staff is great.

I ordered on line and picked up at the store. Staff were very helpful. I tried on my item but asked if they had it in a smaller size than I ordered. The young lady obliged and made a refund for me allowing me to buy a dress with a better fit.

Staff were helpful and friendly. When look my items and put them in a room quickly while I was browsing. They asked me my name, and then continues to refer to me by name throughout my shopping experience - I was impressed by their memories. It was clear they looked to make the shopping experience positive and personal.

I'm always happy to walk in and be greeted so kindly through the years. Most of the staff members know my name making the experience personable. All the sales representatives are pleasant and engaging. I LOVE Cleo!

I found a dress that I liked online. I was able to put the dress on hold, so I could come try it on in the store. The dress had a small snag, and they were able to order me in a new one. The associate was very helpful and attentive. A wonderful shopping experience.

I always have a good experience from staff when I come into Cleo's.
I al just really disappointed you don't cater more to heavier women in size 2-3×..
I have gained weight and now not much fits. I also wish there were more tunic styles for us older and a bit heavier women...you would see much more of me.

Lots of new inventory for casual, professional, and some semi-formal attire.
Variety of colours and styles.
Mostly for mature women, but there are always some styles for younger women.
There doesn’t seem to be the common problem of under-supplying XS and XL.
