I reached out to Heather for a cake tasting because she was on my wedding venue’s preferred vendors list. She let me pick three flavors that my fiancé and I wanted to try, and she also gave us two extra samples of flavors that she chose! We tried the classic vanilla, white wedding, strawberry shortcake, lemon blueberry, and earl grey. The white wedding and strawberry shortcake were definitely winners!! Heather has been very quick with communication and so far her service has been great. Also, the packaging for the “to-go cake tasting” was absolutely adorable! She threw in a “bride” headband and a “bride to be” sash. I can’t wait to use Brookie Cookie for our wedding cake!

Heather is an incredible baker! I am not a fan of cake at all, and before finding Heather we had tried several other “well known” bakeries for our wedding cake. No one even came close to being as good as Heather! I highly recommend her for any occasion. The presentation of our tasting all the way to our final cake was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely amazing experience! I have been ordering cakes from a well-known baker in Delray for years and wanted to find someone more local. This place is an absolute hidden gem! She went above and beyond my expectations for my daughters Wednesday Addams themed birthday party. The cupcakes are just as amazing as the cakes. Thank you so much, I will be ordering again!

I have placed two different orders, and both times the experience has been excellent. My orders were special since they had to be free of the 8 common food allergens. Heather went the extra mile in making sure the products she used were safe for my family. The cakes were delicious and beautiful. We also ordered cute theme cupcakes that were super cute and yummy. I'm going to start this off by saying that I am not a big fan of cakes. I did a cake tasting with 4 other bakers for my wedding before my wedding coordinator recommended Brookie Cookie to me. The cake tasting was presented so beautifully and each cake sample was so yummy. Our actual wedding cake tasted AMAZING and it was absolutely beautiful!!! As picky as I am, they exceeded ALL my expectations. I will definitely be coming back for future events.

Heather is a true master of her craft. Not only do her cakes look amazing with so much attention to the smallest details, but they taste amazing too!
You have to try the cupcakes and cake pops and all the other goodies she creates. And if you really want to be blown away, try her French Macarons! Wow Best Macarons I’ve ever had . You can tell she bakes with love!
