Nelson helped my daughter switched over last month to my husband’s account. The service quality was truly exceptional. If you are looking for transparency and good explanation you can’t miss this store. The team was highly knowledgeable and helpfully. I am surprised to see a bad review on Nelson. He was great. He even wrote down everything for us.

I'm a pretty old fashioned guy so Cory and Jessica explained the new tech in ways a guy like me can understand. I highly recommend this place when it comes to adaptability in New tech.

We went to the Verizon store and purging drive in jervie, Connecticut. And could not be more pleased with their service. There Mo was amazing. He got us to ran new phones as well as ordering me. And see him somewhat, he took the time and spent hours with us and showed us how to get her phone's work and properly and how to use them. I highly headed recommend coming here, you're asking for mouth.

I went to Verizon because I had a problem with my phone and I just couldn’t figure it out. My screen kept freezing on me and I couldn’t get into my phone. Thankfully a young worker named Jessica was able to help me out. I’m a little slow when it comes to technology and kept asking questions. She was very patient with me and walked me through everything, making sure I understood what she was saying. This lady was the most sweetest ever and I just had to leave a review for her. You don’t find help this good nowadays.

Mo was very helpful and such a nice man , And Totally patient with me and very instrumental in setting everything up. He was very professional and thank God he had a great sense of humor. He taught me how to use all the newest features on this phone that I didn’t have on my other one. Thank God for people like Mo! Thank you for everything Mo, You are totally awesome!
