This place will reward your scenic drive withe some house made tortillas and hard to find Mexican specialties. Get the fried ice cream for dessert. They had no problem splitting our check up. There is a festive atmosphere and a nice patio.

I would come back again! Food was decent & service was good. The atmosphere was great. Food is a little pricey, but at least the food is good. Even their chips & salsa were super good.

My family and I came here today. The food, people, and atmosphere were great! The owners were very welcoming and kind. We will definitely be coming back!

I love coming down to eat at this place in town after a nice hike in the area. The place is warm and it has a very nice environment and atmosphere. It also has Wi-Fi which is great because I never have service in that area. Family friendly and not as affected by shrink-flation as many other places.

Best Mexican food in So Cal! Their Chili Colorado is so good that no body’s else even comes close. I have been coming here for over 10 years. This place is a hidden gem!

So I work for a utility company and was up in the area working. Stopped here for lunch and OMG!!!This place is the Bomb!! Food is super delicious! Service is Fantastic!! It’s a hidden gem as far as delicious Mexican food goes! Them locals up there have it good!!! ☺I plan on spreading the word about this place! Keep it up “El Mexicano”.
Stopped in for some lunch to go… left and 20 minutes later I came right back and bought dinner for later that evening!! Yes the food was that good!

Took a chance going up the end of this road and we found this place food, service, and atmosphere was great we will be back !!!👍

One of the best Mexican places I've ever been in! A hidden gem inside a small beautiful, quiet town. Well worth the side trip from Bear Mountain. Salsa was excellent, as well as the flauta.

I have been by this place many times. My daughter was starving, so we decided to get some takeout. I bought a taco salad=Chicken, Shredded Beef Tacos, Shredded Beef Burrito and a Bean and cheese burro. They hooked us up with utensils and Chips and Salsa. Very nice people work here.

The food was really good and the place has a nice atmosphere. So next time I am going to forest falls, I will drop by for the breakfast or lunch for sure.

Food was good, staff were very friendly. I drove all the way out there to try this place and it was worth the drive. I will be coming back

The absolutely only problem was parking. The food was all great. Kids had taquitos and nachos (and I stole some from them... too good not to). We had an enchilada and taco. Everything was very good. Also... parking out front is probably the better way to go, especially if you're in a minivan (still not quite sure how I managed to squeeze back out).

Get Glens Nachos, they are awesome. Glen is normally there as well and he is super nice. Best mountain Mexican food around.

I can’t say enough good things about this place . The food is as authentic as it gets the staff is so polite and the place is very clean . The salsa is the best as well ! Thank you so much for today we really enjoyed it .
