Jenny was very helpful in finding us a stove we were asking about, however, she showed us another stove we had not thought about and a great price, so we ended up buying that one. Delivery was great—had 2 Eddie’s come, and they were experienced! They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done—even explaining how we needed to prepare the stove for cooking! Nice company! If ever in need again, we will shop there.

Great experience at Direct Appliance from Sales (Vincent) and Delivery (Eddie & associate). Vincent showed us a few refrigerators that filled our requirements and we decided on an LG model. He patiently answered all of our questions and showed us the features and benefits.
On delivery day all was smooth from notification and time expectancy. Greeted by Eddie M. and his associate. Removal of the older unit into our garage and placement of the LG went without any issues or concerns. Both were professional and focused on the task at hand taking great care not to damage anything. Stress-free process. Direct Appliance is our chosen business because of their commitment to taking care of their customers. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Matias at the Jamestown location. He was exceptional to work with. He even brought over the washing machine personally for us, as we were in a pinch and desperately needed it ASAP. I highly recommend Direct Appliance, the costumer service is top notch. If you’re ever at the Jamestown location ask for Matias!

We ordered a new refrigerator and Direct Appliance was very easy to work with. I was able to call on the phone and give the size I needed and then they sent over the refrigerator that would work in my space. Ordering was super easy and the delivery set up was a breeze as well. We will definitely be using direct appliance again!

My experiences with Direct Appliance have been great. Last year, bought a new Kitchen Aid gas/convection range & recently bought a new Kitchen Aid microwave. The service & delivery were really good. We recently had to purchase a new oven and I shopped several store including online. I ultimately ended up at Direct Appliance Flooring and Home. The Scott, salesman in Jamestown store, was awesome to work with. I told him what size oven I wanted and he searched available makes and models. Scott printed me a copy of all available units so I could take them home to show my wife. Direct Appliance Flooring and Home uses an automated updating text / email system that is awesome……UPS and FedEx should look into this. I got updates saying my oven was in at the Modesto warehouse, the day before delivery with a time window, the morning of the delivery with time window, 15min before delivery, and post delivery. I didn’t have to guess when they were coming, they told me! Thank you Direct Appliance Flooring and House!

We are very happy with our dishwasher purchase. We dealt with Chad and think he is excellent. Didn’t have to wait long for delivery and everything went very smoothly. Happy experience and we will definitely go to Diect Appliance for our next purchase.

The delivery of my appliances was so stress-free. They contacted me the day before and told me a time frame. Then the morning of they let me know when the delivery had started and where I was in the route. Then 45 minutes before they let me know where the driver was and he showed up right at the time they said he would. The driver, Anthony, was so nice and accommodating by putting the appliances exactly where I asked him to. Great service from Direct Appliances.

The two guys who delivered our new freestanding oven today were very respectful and installed our appliance without a hitch. They were very knowledgeable on pointers they gave us with the bottom drawer and cleaning agents not to use.

I was very impressed with my purchases. Scott, Mark, and Matias are great. Jenny coordinated the delivery. She text me when the delivery drivers were leaving. I could follow where they were at any point. Benjamin and Jorge delivered and installed our microwave and dishwasher. They were polite and did an excellent job. At the finish, they took pictures of everything they did. A class act. I have bought 3 appliances and a tv with them. I would recommend them.

Above and beyond excellent service from start to finish! Scott at the Jamestown store helped me select my appliances, he asked all the right questions to make sure he knew what I really wanted and make sure to get me the best price.

Scott took care of arranging the modifications for propane gas on 2 items, and let me know as items arrived at their warehouse, and what was still on the way, so that I could anticipate an upcoming delivery date. Then, when I suddenly needed the microwave quickly, because my kitchen tile work depended on it, he got it shipped up that afternoon so my contractor could pick it up the next morning. What service!

Delivery was just as smooth as everything else, I could even watch the progress of the truck coming from Modesto up to Groveland on my phone, so I knew exactly when to expect to see them out my front window.

I would recommend using Direct Appliance in Jamestown for anyone here in the Sonora and Groveland areas, they were excellent.

Direct Appliance is the only store we'll shop for home appliances. Our salesman is always RJ. Our freezer went out and we had our new freezer delivered the very next day. The customer service is the absolute best. I highly recommend them to friends, family and strangers. So much better than shopping at any big box store.
