Emily's Bar and Bistro

A hidden game in VT! Emily, the owner is funny, welcoming, and runs a great establishment. The food was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to come back!

Stopped in here I’m on a ski trip to Sugarbush. We were greeted at the bar with a friendly smile by Emily. We enjoyed exquisite Manhattan and Old Fashioned that were mixed to perfection.

Emily’s was an absolute gem in the town of Waitsfield, Vt. We were greeted by the woman herself with a smile & immediate top notch service. We had the boneless Buffalo wings to start which were clearly homemade (no “out of the freezer bag” nonsense here!) and delicious! We then had the Moroccan Lamb Kofta which was spiced just right, drizzled with a “white” sauce and a creamy & a bit spicy (but not hot) sauce inside a mouth watering pita with assorted, fresh veggies & herbs. Emily has a full bar available & a friendly hard-working staff. Don’t miss out on this lovely bistro. We were delighted and impressed to the highest extent. Wow is the final thing I have to write!

Our Christmas Eve dinner at Emily's Bistro was absolutely fantastic. The food was outstanding, and what made it even more special was the warm and welcoming personalities of Emily and her chef. A big thank you to them for creating such a memorable evening. You can’t go wrong here!

What a great little spot! Had the Hungarian mushroom soup and charcuterie board. I inhaled the soup before I could take a pic. It was DELICIOUS! This charcuterie for 1 was just as good. Great little homemade menu and crafty cocktails. Outdoor grilled food in summer and fall. Definitely worth the stop!! ❤

Super friendly and inviting small bar and restaurant. The menu is small but everything is excellent, which we prefer in a venue like this. Nice small stage for live music! Great place for dinner drinks and music!!

Hidden gem for sure... My Twin and I stopped in Christmas 🎁 Eve for drinks and it just had great vibes, as well, great drinks. Emily was so welcoming and has many locals you could tell. If I lived here, this would be my spot 🥂

Yes they’re open!! On a quick snowboard trip from NJ and we found this local spot. Amazing hospitality and even better food. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good drink and an even better bite. We’ll be back again!

Emily’s is awesome!! Came here after a long day of hiking. The drinks and atmosphere just added to a wonderful day. Emily is a great hostess and a lot of fun. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We had been looking for somewhere to eat late and everywhere else was closed. Emily welcomed us and even made us some food though it was after hours. She is a natural host, fostering a lively, convivial atmosphere among the customers. Everyone was in a good mood by the time they left.

Cute spot! We very much enjoyed our meal and drinks. RIP to the ramen spot that barely existed before COVID killed it, but Emily’s is a welcome addition to the area!

Such a great place, with a wonderful vibe and tasty(!) beverages. Great apres ski at 3pm. Emily was a fantastic host who slang a sick, extra dry gin martini. The food was perfect proportion and excellent quality (shredded bbq pork sliders, Caesar salad and mozz sticks). Will be visiting again soon!

I came into Waitsfield on a trip from Stowe for one night to relax and discovered Emily’s. it was a short walk from the Waitsfield Inn so I thought why not? It’s a nice cozy, friendly, place. and the beer and food selection were great. Emily is a lot of fun and very entertaining while you’re there as well. and if you’re in Waitsfield and want some good food and drinks I would definitely go here!

Emily is the best! We had such a good lunch here, with clam chowder, shrimp ceviche and Michigaaaans! Great vibe and great people. We will definitely be coming back.

What a town gem! Lucked upon Emily's while in town for a wedding & I am sooo grateful! It's a family vibe! We were welcomed with opened arms by Emily & the patrons! Emily has wonderful/ fun energy and creates a warm environment in her establishment! Ordered the shrimp roll & OMG delicious 😋... We had EVERY intention on returning the next day for that exceptional shrimp roll but circumstances didn't permit. Whenever I return, my first stop will be Emily's!!! Thank you for your hospitality!😘

Emily was above and beyond wonderful ! Super friendly , attentive and offered menu suggestions . Food was WONDERFUL !!! Lamb meal was amazing !!! Bbq pork sandwich was yummy !!
