Dr. Plato is probably one of the best Doctors I have ever gone to visit. The care I received from him was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided Personalized treatment that has resulted in positive results. He and his staff especially his nurse assistant, I believe her name is if I’m not mistaken, is Miss Shirley they treat you like family and they only want what’s best for you. They break down your lab results so it’s easy to understand, and have easy access to them outside of appointments through a convenient portal to ask questions, get refills, or just check in. They go above and beyond and you definitely feel the commitment they have to the well being of all their patients.

I have used Dr. Plata for 3 years now. I really like him as my doctor. He is very attentive and spend as much time as you need. He offers very good advice and explains things very well.

I searched for physician for a while before connecting with Dr. Plata's office based on his extensive background in medicine and working with members of the military and veterans. Straight shooter. We began to focus on many untreated issues stemming from a severe injury. He understands physical trauma, treatments and the associated mental hurdles that come with it. I haven't slept this well in years. Highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Plata is my favorite doctor! He is always up-to-date on my file and my medications, listens carefully to my questions and concerns, and clearly communicates possible solutions and why they may or may not work for me. I so appreciate his honesty and willingness to try “something else” if necessary. He is efficient with my time but never rushes me … always ending my visit by asking, Is there anything else I can do for you, or do you have any questions?

The office staff is also excellent … friendly, efficient, and kind. I can highly recommend Dr. Plata and his staff.

I cannot espress enough gratitude for being under the care of Dr. Plata. Following several futile visits to another physician where my symptoms remained undiagnosed and untreated, I sought help from Dr. Plata. Upon reviewing a skin biopsy from the previous physician, Dr. Plata promptly identified the root cause of my symptoms and provided effective treatment, greatly alleviating my discomfort.

Mentioning Dr. Plata’s name to other medical professionals resulted in unanimous praise for his exceptional skills. It was unanimously agreed that I am indeed in excellent hands under his care.

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Plata today. He is very professional. When he explained about her lab results his explanation is very detailed. He answered all her questions and he has a lot of patience. He is an amazing doctor. We love Dr. Plata.

My appointment was at 3pm, I misunderstood and thought it was at 3:30 pm. I arrived 3:10pm and was informed that because I was late I would have to reschedule.
This upset me, and I mentioned to them that even if I would have arrived on time, it's the norm to have me wait in the lobby for up to 20 min, then in the screening room to speak to the doctor, for another 20-30 min, and I never complain about that. I couldn't believe they were trying to make me reschedule for being 10 min late.
Clinics should be more maliable with their scheduling regulations and understand that I was coming from work and there was a misunderstanding with the appointment time.
I was seen, but only after I insisted to speak to the doctor and i was not leaving.
Clinic managers should also consider patient health and how such stress could affect the patient.

Dr. Plata is a very competent, knowledgeable and caring doctor. I feel very comfortable talking to him.

For the first time in my entire life, I found a Doctor Who cares who really cares about my health and my well-being. He has done wonders bringing all my stats to almost perfect Health my first visit my A1c was 13 it is now 5.4 my BMI is within normal range, I have stopped taking insulin.
