The young lady who helped me was great. I can tell you,. as someone who runs a business, the Store Manager (My apologies got not remembering his name) was fantastic. I had a bad experience with a different T Mobile location and had my mind made up to switch to Verizon. I figured to give it one more shot as I was with Sprint for a long time.
Simple put we signed with T Mobile because the store manager at this location gave us the best experience I've had at a phone store. Knowledgably, friendly, extremely helpful, complete asset.

Adriana was awesome at helping me upgrade to a new phone! She transferred all my important contacts, messages, pictures, apps, etc from old phone to new and activated my new phone in about half an hour! Very friendly and efficient!
