Long ago we purchased a classic Swarovski chandelier and today we installed it in the dinning room of our Queen Victorian home, this was intended for this house, the crystals reflect the light beautifully.

I had a rude experience with this company. The negative reviews were spot-on. Was outright lied to several times. I was surprised by the lack of integrity from a business that claims to have been around since 1978. What year did they stop caring about the quality of their products and customer service? Had to open a case with my bank for my refund. Reported to BBB - they were not in the system so I added their information. I don't usually go out of my way like that but their devil-may-care responses to my claim prompted me to help warn others just as their previous victims tried to. I should've checked the reviews and saved myself the time and disappointment.

Gallery lighting and all your aliases: You guys are a disappointment to the small/independent business community. Thanks for nothing!

Absolute frustration with customer service and quality. We ordered 2 chandeliers totaling $1500. Waited far longer than advertised. When items arrived, we opened 1 box and WOW - very junky construction. The "gold" looks like a child spray painted the deformed metal ring of the chandelier. Today....no refund allowed. Their website is a sham, pictures are 100% misleading and they are stealing our money. Run, don't walk from gallery lighting. They have 2 websites so beware.

Everyone who has had issues with this company, file a credit card dispute!
Absolutely terrible. The fact that they have multiple Google Business pages should be a tip off. The websites are different URLs but they all redirect to gallerychandeliers.com. Google says they're in NJ. BBB says CA. I should have done more digging before ordering, but how was I to know what to even search for. It wasn't until dozens and dozens of emails, and now spam calls, that I've found their other online pages. We ordered three ceiling fans for a total of $1392.36 in Sept 2021. In early Oct I emailed them asking when we could expect shipment. They followed up with tracking numbers via UPS.
On Oct 5th we received two separate deliveries and signed for each. We asked each carrier about the third and they said maybe it was on another truck. So the rest of the day and following day I waited for the third driver. No one showed. I checked tracking and it said it was being returned to sender because no one had signed. UPS said the driver should have left an info notice and attempted another delivery. They hadn't. UPS said they couldn't do anything.
So I contacted the vendor after it said they received it and they said they would ship it back to me. I wrote them twice asking for updates. They replied each time that they would check and get back to me, but never did.
On Oct 17 we opened the two fans we received to install them. We found it impossible as the instructions did not match the pieces sent and there appeared to be parts missing. So I wrote them asking for a refund for the missing fan and for the fans we received but were useless to us and to send a return label.
They thankfully refunded us for the missing fan but would not refund the other two. They offered to send us the missing pieces. We went back and forth a few times with me saying I was not going to spend the time cataloguing each and every missing piece in order to send them a complete inventory. We had only made it to the first page before realizing pieces were missing! It would have taken hours to go through the entire manual and box of parts and match them up, not to mention packing them all back up again to fit back in the box. They wrote back each time saying that a refund with a restocking fee and us paying shipping was our only option or for them to send us missing parts.
Finally we settled on them sending us missing parts as we encountered them, potentially numbering in dozens and dozens of shipments from them. I documented the first two pages of missing parts, complete with photos, emailed it and asked for confirmation. They replied back confirming only one part. I wrote back again and asked them to please confirm the entire list. They would not confirm it but said they would send them. We waited.
In Nov we asked again for an ETA. They promised to send them out. We went back and forth a few times for the next few months asking when.
Finally on January 17 they agreed to refund us after we said we were filing a credit card dispute and supplying the email chain as documentation. Then they agreed to supply us with return labels, refund us once items were received, and not charge us a restocking fee.
On Jan 18 we got the return labels and shipped them back on Jan 22. We took a picture of the UPS receipt and sent it to them.
On Feb 6 we followed up with them after the fans had been in their possession for quite some time and asked about our refund. No reply. On Feb 15 we asked again. On Feb 21 they said they had already issued it and sent us a "receipt". We contacted our credit card company to see if they saw a transaction that we couldn't. They saw absolutely nothing from the company except for the refund way back in Nov for the one fan that never was delivered and could not help until they saw a transaction from them.
We opened a credit dispute on Feb 22 which closed on Mar 3 in our favor. After opening the credit dispute I have received multiple phone calls from the number on this Google page followed by silent voicemails. I got one text asking me to call "about the ceiling".

DO NOT TRUST Gallery Chandelier. The facts of my experience:
Gallery Chandelier Customer Service lied to me about item availability, shipped me the wrong item, and has not refunded my money in a timely manner. Additionally, they misrepresented their Better Business Bureau rating as an A+ when in fact it was an A, and they misrepresented the availability of PayPal as a payment option, which it was not.
On Monday March 15, 2021 I spoke with Gallery Chandelier Customer Service representative Sara x783. Before ordering the chandelier that I was interested in, I asked Sara to confirm in writing via an email, see Sara’s email transcript below, facts about the item availability and shipping date. Sara x783 was so pleasant during the sale that I wrote a very positive review for her and emailed it back to the Gallery Customer Service department.
Gallery Chandelier Customer Service representative Sara x783 lied to me in writing in order to get my money. Gallery Chandelier shipped a box of incomplete fixture components that I did not order. On the date that I received the item that I did not order, I immediately contacted Gallery Chandelier to request a UPS return label and I returned the item the same day.
Gallery Chandelier Customer Service representative Sara x783 informed me that I would receive a full refund within 24-48 hours of receiving my return. As of this posting 120 hours have passed and I have not received a refund of $536.21. See my UPS Tracking Summary information below.

buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!! they will take your money and send you returned damaged merchandise. when you call them they will give you a runaround. now i know why they have cheap prices because they will either not send you anything or send you used damaged goods
