We used Dr. Higham for our son’s orthodontic care. We can’t say enough good things about this office! Dr. Higham took such great care and paid attention to any details or concerns we had. We never felt like a number in this office but felt like family. Our son’s teeth turned out amazing and he now has confidence in his smile. The front desk was always helpful in scheduling and treated us so kind. We highly recommend this office!

Dr Higham is knowledgeable & willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied with the outcome. This is really reassuring, because mistakes were made on my teeth by another doctor & Dr Higham is using his expertise to correct them. One of my incisors had worn from grinding teeth while sleeping & Dr Higham was able to make an adjustment to the braces to reposition the tooth so it was the same size as the neighboring incisor. I wasn't aware this was even possible, but apparently a good orthodontist can do a lot. (Also, every medical office needs an office coordinator/receptionist like Carla. She's super efficient and always friendly.)

East Idaho Orthodontics are amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is always welcoming and their staff are the best to interact with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Doctor Higham does impressive work and cares so much about the health of the teeth as well as the appearance! They are all extremely kind and Carla is the absolute best to work with!

Staff are always smiling in the way that they get along well and are laughing with each other. The orthodontist explained the different outcomes that could happen and why they could happen. It helped me make a better decision. My kid thought it was also cool to see her upper mouth in 3d. Technology has definitely improved.

I just finished my treatment and have been extremely impressed with the level of expertise and the kind and compassionate staff. They have always answered all my questions and efficiently took care of any issues I had. I am thankful that they were recommended to me and I highly recommend Eastern Idaho Orthodontics!

We absolutely love East Idaho Orthodontics!!! I saw Dr. Baker for my braces as an adult and he gave me a "Julia Roberts" smile. Now my son comes here and sees Dr. Higham since Dr. Baker is moving towards retirement. Everyone is so friendly, so easy-going and professional at the same time. We will always come here for our orthodontic needs!

My experience at East Idaho Orthodontics has been WONDERFUL. I would recommend Dr. Higham to anyone! Getting adult braces was nerve wracking and I was very picky about how I wanted my teeth to look. Dr. Higham always took the time to explain the whole process and his attention to detail was incredible. He truly wanted to make sure I was happy with my treatment at every appointment. The atmosphere was friendly, professional and efficient. Everyone was kind and welcoming, especially Karla at the front desk. She is a GEM!! I am thrilled with my new smile! 10/10

Love this place. All staff are amazing and very welcoming, always had a smile Mrs.Carla always welcoming you as the receptionist shes great. My daughter did treatment here for 3 years and her teeth came out perfect. Dr. Andrew Higham is an amazing doctor was always able to anwser questions. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here and get treatment done. Just amazing place all around!! My daughter loves her smile now 😀

5 stars! Carla is so nice and worked around my busy schedule and Andy went above and beyond to straighten my teeth. I had previously had braces years ago and my ortho took them off early and said that was the best he could do… terrible experience. Andy did an awesome job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dwight Baker and his staff were wonderful to work with. They were attentive to our daughters needs. We at times needed to reschedule and they were more than flexible in making things work. We would highly recommend them for any orthodontic procedures.

I have been extremely happy with Baker Orthodontics since going to them after I moved and was without an orthodontist for a few years. I needed to find a new orthodontist to replace a permanent retainer of mine. My teeth had moved since the other retainer had not been in place, and they made sure that I was able to fix and be 100% happy with my teeth again before replacing the permanent retainer. All the staff are incredibly friendly, Dr. Higham is very knowledgeable, and their payment plans made my treatment affordable even without insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Baker and Higham and their team are wonderful! They are warm and friendly and take good care of us. We always feel like we are among friends when we come in. I like that they are conservative in their treatment and don't suggest multiple phases of orthodontia unless it's really necessary. They are good communicators and take time to help us understand the current objectives and procedures.

Everyone over here has been great to work with. They were willing to work with me and made sure that I was happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them for any of your orthodontist needs!

Dr. Higham & Dr. Baker are awesome! Dr. Higham was very helpful and always asked how I felt about everything. Carla is the kindest person ever :)
