The staff are very kind, and they know what they're doing. Dr. Randall was amazing to work with. I had very bad teeth and had to have two sets of braces, but I'm so grateful I did. We never had problems with scheduling and they always got us in as soon as they could. Not to mention that I had bite turbos put in, and they were so exact that I thought my upper teeth were hitting the lower brackets. I was very worried so we called in and they got us scheduled to come in the next day. We found out that they were fine and sent me on my way. All in all a great place and would recommend.

I grew up with horribly disfigured teeth for sixteen years of my life. When I finally came to Randall Orthodontics, they were unfazed by my “summer teeth” (sum’er here, sum’er there) or the fact that I lived two hours away. Instead, they were excited to give me a brand new smile. Through many difficulties they helped me feel less subconscious about my appearance and assisted me in understanding how the process was fixing my teeth. Overall, Dr. Randall and his team were amazing in helping me fix my smile, and I cannot recommend them enough.

4/5 of our children have needed special orthodontic treatment. Dr Randall is thorough, careful, and conservative with treatment. When scheduling appointments, staff is excellent with accommodating our busy schedule. The office is always running fun incentives for their patients. As much as I hope my 5th won’t need braces, if he does, we won’t be going anywhere but here.

I love Randall Orthodontics! Dr. Randall doesn't just make teeth straight, he gives the best healthy bite he possible can - which means more work on his end. I went to several different orthodontic consultations for my oldest child. Dr. Randall is thorough, personable and his office staff are friendly and happy making it a welcoming and comfortable place to be.

Dr. Randall and staff have made each appointment so great for my son. He is nervous before every appointment but they can calm his nerves and the appointment goes so well. Everyone we have interacted with has been very helpful and kind. We are just in the beginning of braces for my son, but so far, Dr. Randall has been amazing and I would recommend highly!!

All of our children have loved having Dr. Randall as their orthodontist! All three have had different experiences as far as their dental/orthodontic needs, and Dr. Randall's office has been able to handle them all! Our oldest two have perfect smiles and our youngest is on his way to one as well! We absolutely love Janine, she has helped us navigate this process for all three kids and is amazing to work with!

We Love the Office of Randall Orthodontics. The office staff is great and always makes you feel welcome.. I am currently under treatment with Adult Brace and can't wait for the new straight teeth. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Randall for any Orthodontic work you or your family may need.. They are GREAT!!!

I have a 9 year old that will be needing braces shortly so I haven’t had an actual “braces experience” yet with Randall Orthodontics but I’ve had a few consultations so far and I’ve been very happy with my experience. I always feel like I am getting honest information and that I can trust what I am being told is needed to fix my daughters teeth issues. Also the lady helping and explaining what was needed to me was also incredibly helpful and friendly! Such a pleasant lady, I really appreciated her. I plan to go to Randall for both my daughters in the future!!

Dr Randall and his team have taken such great care of me! I came into there office with a totally different bracket then they use, and they all adapted and figured it out together. My bottom teeth are ALWAYS sensitive and they are always careful when messing with the bottom set!! I love Randall orthodontics!

Dr. Randall & his staff are the very best around. Working in the dental field, I am picky. Dr. Randall did an amazing job with my ortho treatment. His assistant Alex is the best of the best, she’s our very fave. 😉

Both of my children have used Randall Orthodontics for braces. We have had wonderful experiences with both children. He listened to them and answered any questions they had and were very accommodating to their concerns. Office staff is great to work with also. I have recommended them to many friends.

Dr. Randall and his staff are always so kind. They know your personally each time you come in. I was nervous getting braces as an adult but I’m so glad I did, I love my smile and my kids who have had braces. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We have had 2 children in braces. Our experience with Randall orthodontics has been perfect. They have a super kind staff. Dr. Randall is good at what he does as well as kind to all of us. Dr Randall is very kind and knowledgeable! He’s helping my 2 older sons with braces, starting my daughter with expander and braces and will eventually see my youngest son. I love that he’s conservative in his approach! Office staff is awesome!

They always worked with me to get me scheduled- As a busy mom sometimes I only had certain times that would work. I just got my braces off today and I am so happy to finally have the smile I always wanted!!
