I loved my experience with Lisa at Casual Cat! I collect concert posters and she worked with me to find the perfect frame to match the colors of the poster. She finished my project quicker than expected during a busy time of year. All her staff are friendly and who doesn’t love visiting the cats! Thank you Casual Cat!!

True custom framing and more with personalized service. The staff here is warm and friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. They made certain my experience was as positive as possible and did their best to make me happy. Free wrapping is a bonus. Be aware custom framing can get pricey when adding details but getting exactly what you want is well worth it.

I’m a longtime customer of the gallery and have been getting my artwork framed here for many years. The service is first rate and I love collaborating with them on design decisions. Haven't spent any money there yet, but glad to have made an unplanned visit and meet 3 charming staff members. The human owner was a nice lady, which I should also mention. When I got home and told Morgan, he said he sends Peter Frampton and his roommates/coworkers his love.

I love shopping at the Casual Cat! They have such a distinctive, unique offering of merchandise. My most recent find was a beautiful necklace that matched my dress perfectly. I love shopping for gifts here as well because the quality is excellent, the staff is excellent and then there is the "little" kitty!

Casual Cat is the BEST go-to place for framing. Nearly all the prints and paintings in my home have been framed at Casual Cat. The staff is delightful. The shop also has lots of other really cool stuff. I've bought some other goodies there--especially some gorgeous quilling cards.

The owner and her exceptional staff are attentive, knowledgeable, warm & welcoming. As if that's not enough, they offer custom wrapping on the items purchased and as someone who doesn't enjoy wrapping gifts, I'm thrilled to give a gift that looks fabulous! I found this store while looking to get a print framed and was amazed at the selection of frames available. The final product was excellent and the piece looks fantastic in my living room. They also have a great selection of crafts and gifts. The staff is super friendly and the two cats who live there are just the right touch of hominess.
