I experienced the best service from Titan Machinery's Service Department on my Case Skidsteer. I purchased it used from a contractor. It needed a thorough inspection and a lot of work! Jeff informed me in advance of what was needed, the costs, and the timeline to completion. They out-performed my expectations! If you need reliable, honest service on your farm or ranch equipment, they are the ones that will take care of you! Thank you to everyone who helped me at Titan Machinery!

I was traveling through the area when my 2 year old vomited all over himself and this shop was where we stopped to clean him up. The staff was extremely friendly in letting me use their bathroom and the lady behind the counter even gave us a free coloring book and a small toy for free for my son. This was such a great act of kindness as I wasn’t even there to purchase anything.

Excellent people doing an excellent job. My vehicle overheated on the freeway, I made it to their shop and was treated with respect and dignity and the help that I needed to get back on the road. I thanked God for them being there when I needed exactly what they had.

Had some challenging unload tractors and the yard guys were very helpful and quick

Jeff was very professional and listen to what I had to said on other problems on the equipment.
