I love Falls dental... First of all I usually hate the dentist no offense just hate the shots and it gives me very high anxiety. However the staff are very understanding and friendly. They make sure to explain what they are doing and what they recommend for the best routine. My last teeth cleaning came with clean bill of health no cavities yay... I was given local anesthesia, felt no pain during the procedure, and the tooth was successfully removed. The entire experience was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. I had an emergency pop up..(emergency to me, purely cosmetic) i am not one of their customers. I have never been seen there before today. I called falls dental and expected to be told i needed an appointment. However, i was told to come in right now.. that blew me away. I was seen 10 minutes after I called. MY emergency was averted within the hour.. thank you falls dental! I will be making you guys my dental providers..

Everyone at the office is very friendly and kind. They don't judge or lecture you about your dental health, they just want to help. Best experience I've ever had with a dental practice. I highly recommend them.
2/24- Just had another cleaning and check up. They're still just as friendly and efficient as always. I also recommend raspberry for the polishing flavor if you have any sensory issues with mint or cinnamon.

We really enjoyed today's visit the staff was great with my kid's, they took their time and really worked with them to earn their trust. I'm glad my kid's had an understanding staff working them. The kids where happy after we left and was telling me how easy and quick their visit was. My 6byear old asked when can we go back? He was bummed out to find out he couldn't go back till next year for a 6 month check up. Lol thank you to the while staff at American Falls Dental you guys are awesome.

They have a great plan for those who don’t have insurance that covers dental. Very friendly staff.

Efficient, friendly. Do not spend time trying to upsell services which I appreciate. Did a great job cleaning. Would definitely recommend.

They were good at accommodating me with my schedule! I called to let them know I would be a little late and that wasn’t a problem! As soon as I got there they checked me in and got me right back! The people are super nice and take good care of you.

I was working temporarily in American Falls when I developed a terrible tooth ache. I am not scheduled to get home until after Labor Day and didn't think I could wait for 2weeks. I called at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning and was in the chair by 11:30 and out of the office by 12:30 extremely satisfied with the procedure and the staff here . I will definitely make the drive back the next time I need work done.👍👍
