Simply Automated

Simply Automated has been a welcome addition to our new technology hub in our Home!! We used to have components, with cords everywhere connecting cable boxes and everything else you could imagine. Now we have streamlined our entire home with incredible wi-fi, a custom designed security system and a platform to operate everything from Lighting, TV, Cameras, and recordings of what’s happening around our home. Tom and his Team are incredibly professional and talented.

My first Comtrol4 dealer decided to stop servicing the equipment they sold to me. I reached out to Simply Automated and received the service that was needed to get my system working smoothly.

Joe is a skilled communicator and excellent technician. He was able to quickly troubleshoot our issues and methodically get us up and running with our outdoor TV and audio equipment. Where do I start? Simply Automated is the best company to choose for home automation if you are looking to install Control4.
Why? They have outstanding customer service ,professional and always put customer first.
I initially integrated my Control4 through Theater Xtreme who are professional and organized as well. As they did not offer emergency service support i did switch to "Listen Hear Home Entertainment and Audio" as my friend recommended.
Spent more than 10k for upgrades with Listen Hear and was a disaster with Albert the owner of" Listen Hear Home automation". Basically a botched work and will not return your call back to fix problems.
Did reach out to other dealers who were hesitant to take over a botched work.

As my friend who recommended "Listen Hear Home Automation and Audio" faced the same lack of existing customer support from Albert was able to find Tom from "Simply Automated". Simply Automated did a great job installing my Smart Home products. It has been almost a year since I moved in. Since then, anytime I have had a question or technical issue they have responded immediately. Joe has been to my house recently to correct a connectivity issue and he is extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable.

I contacted Simply Automated because I wanted to make some upgrades to my existing home theater system. The owner of the company Tom Pieracki personally came out to my home. Tom was great to work with. I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me on what I equipment upgrades I should make. Tom provided me a detailed written estimate of each item that he was planning to install in my home theater. He included all of the model numbers, manufactures, and the cost of each item. When researching Simply Automated's 'pricing over the internet I found them to be in line with all of the national retailer's advertised prices. Within 3 weeks of placing my order, I received an install date that was sooner than I expected. Tom sent 2 installers to my home that were very meticulous in installing the new equipment. They both took time after they were completed to make sure my wife and I felt comfortable with operating the new system. We can't be happier! Overall I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish we were very pleased!

I have been a client of Simply Automated for many years. Tom P and his team have been amazing in my goal to have a complete smart home. Simply Automated is Simply Awesome! From the design of a system that would meet our needs to surviving multiple delays that were out of either of our control to go live, we cannot say enough good about Simply Automated. Our system includes first class home automation (including lighting control), an audio system built to showcase our vinyl collection and a spectacular video distribution and home security system that work for our city home. SA's techs, Joe & Chris went far above and beyond the standard in getting our components installed, up and running. As a couple of side notes their cleanliness, attention to detail and leaving a room better than they found it when the work was done are unmatched in my experience with remodels or other in home service work.
