Cute stuff, large selection. Staff was pretty fast during Xmas shopping season. No complaints. A bit pricey.

I have gone into the store twice and had awful experiences both times. I left with nothing. The first time I entered the store, I was not greeted and there were 3 people(1 man & 2 women) standing behind the counter just looking at me. No one said a word! The man had a very stuck up type of attitude and literally turned his nose up at me. For the record, they were white and I am a black woman dressed in casual clothes. They stood behind that counter and not one of them asked me could they help me in any way. I said it out loud, "So no one is going to help me, let alone greet me?" Again, I received rolled eyes from one of the women and the 3 of them continued to talk amongst themselves. I thought to myself, maybe they were having a bad day even though I knew what that experience was all about.
A few months later, I went back into that store hoping for a better experience. I was very wrong. This time I only saw 1 woman who didn't greet me and stood behind the counter and didn't move. I looked at her and she looked at me. I said, "This is the second time I've entered this store and no one offered to help me or cared to greet me." She looked at me and put her head down while still standing behind the counter.
Of course, I left the store and didn't buy anything.
I worked in retail most of my high school and college life. I was NEVER allowed to just stand behind the counter and not greet customers. I'm not sure what is going on with these employees, but their attitudes were horrible and inappropriate. I will never go back to that store again.
