Cubby's

The quality of the food is praiseworthy. It can seem high priced for fast food, but I think it’s fair for the healthy quality. The food is delicious. I usually get a salad. But their sandwiches and burgers look so tasty too. Different flavors and toppings than the regular options you’d find most other places. No matter what you need to try their fries…best sweet potato fries in town, plus the rosemary fries are a must try too. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I’m so confused by the low star ratings. Maybe I just go at a different time of day other than rush hour (which no restaurant is perfect during rush hour) but this Highland location has been SO GOOD! They have always made our orders perfect. The atmosphere is nice and whenever we have been there it has always been really clean and the staff is so friendly.

Great experience here. There was a miscommunication between the cashier and I and ended up needing to get back in line to get more food. Their GM took care of it very quickly. Great customer service, amazing food! It’s a little tight inside, be prepared to squish if you get in past 6pm on a weekend. Will be back!

Yummy Apple Pecan salad is one of my favorite things at Cubby’s, Tri Tip Steak salad is one of my favorite things at Cubby’s, Beet and Goat Cheese salad is one of my favorite………….ummmm I think I have a problem?! Nope! I have ten fingers so I can have ten favorite things!

Staff at Highland store was exceptional! Food great as always!

I have liked cubbys for a long time and am excited for their new location in highland and eaten at the new location twice already. I have one complaint. Today I noticed a sign saying that they can't take anything over a $20 bill. I know why places do this, but this is a policy that should be reconsidered. #1 it's in an affluent area where many ppl carry hundreds. #2. It seems silly to not accept over a $20 when the food is priced such that you can't eat for any less than $20. #3. It's poor taste and un-American to turn away customers because their ability to pay is TOO great. #4. It just looks bad. I get it, I like most can and do use credit cards and it's really easier for a business in many ways, but do reconsider.

Twice I have used the drive up window, twice they didn’t do my sandwich right. The menu says it’s supposed to have blue cheese on the hamburger and both times they haven’t put blue cheese on it. Will I go there again? Probably but it be a while before I do.

Went through the drive through, I was really craving a chicken salad. Got the order in, came home and sat down excited to eat and see they completely got it wrong and apparently didn't check or don't know what chicken looks like. For the price you pay it would be a lot better to get what you want. It's not some cheapo burger joint.

Food is good. Avoid this place at lunchtime. Parking lot is a mess. No where to sit down inside. Over 75% of the tables were occupied with people completely done with their lunch while others stood around waiting for a table. During the 15 minutes I waited for food, no one got up from their tables that were done eating. The only option was for taking the food to go because cashier would not give out any numbers for sitting at tables. Staff could politely clear the tables and politely give the hint its time to move on. I would only consider the drive through in the future, which defeats the purpose of Highland wanting more sit down restaurants.

Wow, you charged me for chipotle sauce and then gave me the regular fry sauce. Thanks for ruining my meal.
