This Post Office is always on top of it, generally friendly and overall have had good experiences working with these folks.

I love the people who work here! They are always so friendly and helpful especially Sam. I come frequently to pick up packages and have had my PO Box here for 2 years. Never have I had any issues with them losing my packages, not being kind and generous with their time. Thanks everyone for all your hard work!

This has been the place for me to walk to almost daily for years until I moved to Germany, and I miss all the efficient and friendly staff who have become more than just clerks handling my mail. This is a place of community, where I meet friends in line, have a little chat, take a welcome break from my desk work. And if I have the time, I take a walk in the lovely Gateway Park right nearby, along Squirrel Creek, which is nice in every season.

Have been so impressed with the service and care taken by PV USPS these days. The lines move fast when they are busy but it doesn't feel like you are being rushed. Also want to commend the carriers for getting packages that fit into my box and the parcel box whenever it's possible.

I have found NOTHING BUT sweet, friendly, patient people who work there. They remember you after just a couple visits, and greet you like an old friend. A long line never lasts long, as they know there stuff and get things done quickly and efficiently. I never liked going to the post office, but I don't mind having to go now. I've lived all over the great USofA and this has been one of the best Post Offices I've ever worked with. Kudos to all who work there and make it run so smoothly!

This office has fantastic people. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Best office compared to anywhere I have lived in the country.

We're new to the area so maybe everyone is this way around here but -geeze!- everyone here is so nice and helpful! So happy to have such awesome postmen in our new home!

I have the same problem as some of the other reviewers. In the past, the driver did not leave my packages at my home, but left pink slips in my mailbox, which is down the street (exactly where they told us to put it twenty-five years ago when we moved here). I go to work before they open at 6:30am, and I return home after they have long gone for the day, so it is not reasonable for me to pick up my packages from them.
I called and explained the situation, and for the past year or so they have been delivering my packages to my porch. However, it just happened again---a pink slip in my mailbox. I immediately checked the "redeliver" box, directed them to deliver it to my porch, and placed it in the mailbox with the flag up. The next day the notice was gone, but I have yet to receive my package (that was over a week ago). I called the office and they said they would look into it (the package was not there), and I have yet to hear back. It is very frustrating. Like the other reviewer, I have no problems at all with UPS and FedEx, and I really wish the consumer could choose the carrier when purchasing online.
I did give them three stars because the people in the office are kind and helpful for the most part, but the delivery situation is very frustrating.

I have some concerns about one of the employees at this office. Everyone is very polite and sweet in the office, but my concern is with the woman who delivers the packages too large to fit in the box. Initially my daughter-in-law had some difficulty convincing her to come down our driveway *months* after we had moved the car which had made it difficult to turn around. Just today I had gone to the door to answer the driver's knock-- evidently too slowly for her-- to see her *flying* up my driveway leaving. I stood on the porch yelling at her to come back but she just took off. When I called the office and she was told to come back she was *furious* and told me she didn't like the gravel in my driveway because her tires slip on it. (Perhaps if she drove slower that might not happen...) She insisted I wasn't home while I was standing there talking to her and then told me she was never coming back to deliver mail here again. Honestly, I was stunned by the entire interaction.

Today, 2/3/2024, I received a notice they missed while I was out. I have been home all day, waiting for this document so I could sign it and return it today. It was mailed overnight! My mail carrier did not attempt to deliver my document. I am
really annoyed! The carrier
also delivers someone else's mail to my address at least 3 times a week. I wonder where they are delivering my mail before/if I get it??

Went here to return a shipment. The new employee Prince was fantastic and wanted to learn. The other older lady interrupted only to lecture me that I was "not prepared". She continued to be dismissive and call other customers to the counter while ignoring me at the counter already. She then attempted to tell me it needed a customs envelope and grabbed one and walked away again. It's shipping domestic, no customs needed. If you choose to come here then I'd suggest waiting for one of the kind gentleman that is happy to help. Also if you have a large package delivered they will sit on them in the back and not say anything until you ask about it.

Been waiting for my packages for two weeks, love the hours they have 9am to 4pm, how are people supposed to work and get there packages with those hours? And there not even open Saturdays for a couple hours, really disappointed at are government mail works lazy people. Wish I could give half a star, oh ya they will not re delivery your packages they want you to come pick them up with today's gas prices more money I have to spend on top of the stuff I bought.

I think we may have the same problem driver as one of the other reviewers. The problem is she flat out refuses to do her job. Despite the fact UPS, FedEx, a large moving truck, and a garbage hauler have all driven up our driveway (as do we, obviously, on a daily basis), she refuses to drive it to deliver packages. It's not steep, it's not narrow, it's not dangerous, and it does not present problems to anyone but her. We tried to talk to the post master about the issue, but he was 'busy' and we were asked to wait five minutes. 15 minutes later, we were told he left out the back door. Great service all around, it seems.

Now I see why complaints are made.. You are not some entitled government employee. As you think you are... At least give better trading ..professional attitude is lacking here.. Had a complaint..called about it..now have two complaints.. Maybe privatizing is best. Most post offices are filled with pompous wanna be costoner service agents.. Was told technically they work for the government not us.. Is this a real post office.. No just a place to pick up mail.. With entitled employees..

Won’t even deliver a package if the ground has the tiniest bit of water on it. Worst Usps drivers. They are so lazy and just drive around and say delivery attempted and then make people wait a week for the maybe try and deliver it again. They are ridiculous

Not one of the counter employees wear masks in clear violation of the law during this purple tier we are currently in.
They need to be fired immediately.
