Whoever made me a beef and cheddar on April 11, 2024 @ 10:30pm deserves a raise actually tho

Typically with fast food, you can expect both food and service quality to decline the closer you get to closing. However, the food and service were both amazing even though we ordered late. Would recommend

Allendale, MI-
This was a quick stop on my late drive home from work. This was one of two places open. The employees were awesome and very accommodating. “We don’t have that sandwich exactly like that on the menu, but we could make one like it for you”. Yeah! That’s called “Excellent Customer Service”! Now the next time I’m driving home late and hungry there won’t be a question of where will I stop. It will be Arby’s. Thanks, guys/gals.

Food was absolutely amazing, I get that it's fast food, but this was really good. However I am not a fan of the curly fries, I prefer the crinkle fries. The Motzerella sticks are very cheesy as they should be, the beef n cheddar is good, although the red ranch isn't my favorite. The French dip was pretty good however I personally think that the Au Jus was not very good, very salty. If you have a high tolerance for spice of reccomend the jalapeno bites. They are very crispy and have a very good flavor. Overall I would come again, you should too.

This was one of the cleanest best kept restaurants from the dining area to the restrooms, the service was on point and kind, A role model for all others

I love me some Arby's. This elderly employee always puts up with my bad dad jokes.

Friendly service, was surprised they were open at 11pm, and glad to try their chicken bacon ranch. This appears to be their chicken tenders on a sammich with cheese and ranch. Their jalapeno poppers are worth the trip, always hot. Well made, good experience overall.

Got there at 10:04am, I know they just opened, but it took 10 minutes to get my fries. They were hot, but why were they not ready before hand? I’ve worked in fast food, fries should have been ready.

I usually stop in here with my daughter. The food is healthier and the packaging isn't a bunch of plastic like most fast food places. The employees are sweet and always greet us with smiles!!!

There was 3 cars in the drive thru before me and I got my food in less than 2 minutes. Goated establishment.

Good overall. Only got the sandwich and chicken tenders and will get again. Have tried the new burgers and they are OK but I don't go to arbys for a hamburger. Miss the old onion Petals or at least the rings but the crinkle fries are OK for a side.

This Arby's is great! It's brand new and the atmosphere of the restaurant shows that! The restaurant has a smaller dine in area and a drive through. The couple of times I've visited my order has been served hot and correct. And considering the other fast food restaurants near Grand Valley it's a refreshing option.

I am usually the first in line the majority of the time I enter the drive through here. Service is usually very fast. Additionally, there is an older lady that works here that is very kind and sweet. Give her a raise!

This is a new arby's. It's quite small inside, not many tables but the employees are very friendly and our sandwiches were really good. We also asked for our curly fries to be fresh and hot and that's what we got. This is a nice little place.

Stopped in tonight for a fish sandwich. The young man that waited on me was very friendly, courteous and professional. The fish sandwich and fries were hot and fresh! I was starving and it was awesome! Thank you.

I have been impressed with the service despite being open for only a month. The deals have been good, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Compared to the other fast food restaurant down the road, this Arby's location is great! Keep up the good work!

Good ole Arby's. Food was really good and hot, had to wait for food to come out to the vehicle. Customer service was eh. After 3pm is half off (happy hour) select items.

11 months ago I gave this Arby's 1 star they have restored my confidence in there ability to make great food. I have ate there quite a few times since the debacle with the sandwich and all is good the food is hot fresh and made to order thank you very much!!

One of the only food places open in Allendale past midnight and that's the best part for me.
