Everyone who works there is always patient, nice and helpful.
They are also very knowledgeable and tell you the best way to send your particular package.
Plus it is very reasonable.

On top of the terrible customer service on the phone and in the actual office, the drivers pick and choose what part of the job they want to do. I have been home all day, yet the driver chose to NOT deliver a package, he instead left the "you weren't home" slip in my mail box. I was home, my dogs were put up, and my door was wide. This is completely unacceptable! Then when I call the office to inform them about this, I am basically told she can't do anything about it & I have to call in the morning to see if I am able to pick it up.

I've been recieving my mail here for almost a month, after a change of address. Today I was told by my carrier that 2 of my Christmas packages were setting in the office for a few days then sent to my old address. Now what? One was a very important gift.

Terrible mail carrier. The mailman kept putting mail in my box that did not belong to us and I would write on the front of the mail to return to sender because they do not reside here, so because of this I decided to put a sticker on the outside of my mailbox with the last names of me,my children, and my husband, and he continues to put others mail in my box. Today he left me a note saying he is not a trashcan to throw away mail!!! I'm sorry but its bot my fault that you dont take the time to read the mailbox and furthermore I really hope that he is bot throwing away the mail that does bot belong in my box..I will be going to the office to make a complaint and show them this note he wrote on this womans mail.

Omg. LAZY. the guy chose to leave the note in my mailbox not on front of the door. i didnt even hear a knock! i was inside my apt. so i dont think he came up on the very doorstep of my apartment and knock instead just left the note in the mailbox which is across the street. i know you guys are in a hurry but please do know these parcels can be seriously important to us. Now i have to pick up the parcel 15-20 mins from my location even though there is a couple nearest usps around here. I so hate the service. just pure laziness.
**edit. so i went to this branch only to find that the guy mistakenly gave me wrong address. this branch is 10-15mins away from my apt. and the lady told me i have to go to the very nearest branch in my place to pick up my stuff. ugh! really??? thanks to whoever put this wrong address. you're doing a great job!

Our mailbox is located on the side of the road, then a long driveway to our house. They left the package on the side of the road, next to the mailbox with no note or anything and it was STOLEN. Like they just left this huge package on the side of the road that tons of cars pass by. Ffs
