Most people gave bad reviews .. I think it's one of the best post offices in the area! Been going the for a number years never had any issues at all. Btw most people don't know you can go on USPS and print your label that way you don't have to stand in line just drop and go... I've been selling guitar effects pedals for years now that's the best way 👍🍕🍻

Love this little post office. Very attentive, capable and professional. I mail on average 1 priority package per day. Never lost an item or had it be late.

Nothing but smiles and professionalism when I go in, I think some of these frustrated posters don't understand how hard it is to get fully staffed these days, especially with a job that is non stop all day.

Carry stamp machines

I have had mail delivered via rural carrier from the Wells Post Office for many years and I've always been more than pleased with the service. The carrier is always pleasant and professional.
When I'm away and receive mail once a week via "premium forwarding ", sometimes things don't go exactly right but most of the time I'm very satisfied.
I think sometimes we consumers, including me, need to take a deep breath and understand that the people there are very friendly, work hard, and maybe sometimes things happen that are out of their control.
They really are good people !!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately short staffed like all other businesses in the area and often have long lines.

Now I don't know who should I report this too , I wanted help from them on looking up address so I could send package. But the workers there we're not willing to extend customer service her reply to me was to find a country and then you could come back I will never go to the Post Office and if anybody is reading this they should stay far away from this post office as well

Package delivered to old address. Tracking says forwarding expired? Used online help it said to call post office. Wells will not answer phone. Called all day long. Nobody will pick up phone!

Wells Post Office delivery method and explanation
1. Unable to deliver = didn't want to/maybe another day
2. Front door/Pathway not accessible = didn't wanna walk today
3. Unable to deliver - Pickup at carrier facility = didn't want to deliver, but want Amazon to know its not our fault.
This is just packages and not the regular mail that 50% of the time ends up in a neighbor's mailbox. Is their business just delivering mail and packages?

Would Domino's still be in business if you ordered a pizza and they stated... unable to deliver, but maybe we'll drop it off in the next 2 days.

Wells Post Office needs an complete overhaul. I'm sure, like every other business, they have trouble finding people. However, in such chaos, why would people apply! If you can't get the help, maybe state you can't handle the volume. I know its mostly an admin issue, as a poorly run businesses never find good help... they go out of business.
