Small property so not much room for issues. I’m a trucker so I was delivering in my semi. Arrived at night and parked right outside their gate in a dirt lot. Alone. No other trucks were present. Lots big enough for 2 trucks but note it’s not meant for truck parking. Is employee parking. One employee wanted me to check in at 7am so I could move out their way. I moved around 8:30. They didn’t seem bothered. An older gent unloaded me and was very cool. There truck entry is the entrance furthest from the 4 way intersection and their yard is pretty roomy. Check in at the first stop sign upon entry at the shack. Easy peasy.

It's a great friendly neighborhood store. Feels great to support a great local business.

This is a great place to work with. I haven't been in the store, but I've ordered lumber delivery several times. Their delivered product is always much higher quality than big-box stores. Delivery is inexpensive and fast (days not weeks). Everyone I've talked to there or dealt with in person has been extremely friendly and helpful.

I've used Blanchard Lumber off and on for many years now, and I have to say, I was compelled to write a review complimenting them on their service. Of course, they always seem to have the best prices, and we do appreciate that, but they've taken such good care of me on delivery and service too, that I just can't say enough how much I appreciate them! They've never let me down yet, and at times, they really stepped up the plate and, on short notice, got me what I needed, when I needed it, and I'm just such a loyal and happy customer of theirs!

Friendliest lumber yard around , hands down . Always ready to help . Small town charm is a real thing . If they don't have it , they can either order it or tell you who does have it . Everything from building materials to windows in one place . Their drivers are very accommodating when they bring loads out to jobsites . They don't stack lumber super tall like some yards that make it hard to down-stack , either . ( looking at you , Forest! )

If you need building supplies and live in the area this place is for you.
