We purchased our whole home flooring through Colby over 2 years ago and we have been absolutely thrilled with our product. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in making sure we had the type of LVP that would fit our lifestyle. With kids and dogs we wanted something that would stand up to all the elements. Their team measured our space and we had very little left over! They did not oversell us. Any flooring needs we will definitely come back here!

Installed LVP in my basement. Colby was very helpful in helping us pick out flooring and making sure that we got the sale price before the distributor sale stock was gone,. The estimate Colby came up with worked out perfectly with only 1 extra plank left over. I had never installed LVP before and it was very easy to lay. The stairs were the most challenging/time consuming part of the install. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the end results.

We are building a new house, and thus under a lot of stress with everything that’s going on. Thankfully our dealings with Johnson and Sons have all been smooth as silk! They had a great selection, great prices, and were very responsive and easy to work with.

They handled our carpet and hardwood from purchase to installation. Installers did a great job as well!

This was a wonderful purchasing experience! I replaced the laminate flooring in my house with luxury vinyl and love it! It is gorgeous! Colby spent a lot of time helping me find it. Everyone I spoke with at the Maryville store couldn’t do enough to make sure I got what I needed. The installers were courteous and did great work. I received follow up calls to check my satisfaction! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely come back to this friendly family owned place

I shopped around and couldn't find anything that I liked. I went to Johnson and Sons and Colby took me right to what he felt like I wanted and in the price range I could handle. His crew came and measured my two rooms and then I received the call for the install. Javier was amazing, he was done with the installation within 5 hours. Javier was respectful and professional. I will recommend Colby Johnson and his team at the Alcoa store to anyone. Everyone I talked to was very helpful, wish I could remember everyones name. Thank you so much!!!!

Sam was our salesperson. He was very helpful and professional. He provided us with helpful information concerning LVT flooring which made our decision easier to make. Unfortunately the product we selected was on backorder so we had to wait 2 months before it could be installed. The installers, Nelson Flooring, did a fantastic job. They completed the job in two days! We were told it would take up to 5 days to complete.
I highly recommend Johnson and Sons as well as the subcontractor Nelson Flooring.

We were originally going to go through Home Depot and even paid immediately after they came out to do the estimate. They called us and wanted us to pay more though and we got different information from the call center, and the Estimator, etc. so we drove down there & canceled it and headed directly to Johnson & Sons. Simply the best in the Alcoa/Maryville area. Colby did an excellent job of listening to what we needed, and helping us find the right carpeting product. Mateo and his fellow workers did a wonderful job of removing our old carpet, moving the heavy furniture carefully, and installing carpet in 3 bedrooms, hall and living room. I am selling my house and i wish my floor was going with me, it is so pretty and very easy to take care of because it is super durable.
