Went in today as a walk-in, as I didn't have an appointment . Was seen, discussed my issues, and medication and in-house treatment, and I was on my way.

Skip is one of the best doctors in this area. I am a heart patient. He pretty much predicted my heart attack before I had it. He will be my primary physician from now on. No complaints whatsoever. He knows what he is doing. Much better than some of the “ nurse practitioners “ I have tried in my home town of New Boston.

The entire staff is very sweet and caring. They always listen to me and try to do what is best for my health.

They are mediocre. Some staff are nice, others aren't. They can kind of help you.

When your appointment is at 2 and it’s 4 before you see dr. That is RIDICULOUS

Vicki is rude and unprofessional. And because someone called them and told Vicki how rude she is Vicki thought it was me they refused to let me continue to go the clinic. I have repeatedly reported to dr groom of the situation because he asked me to report anymore problems but instead his wife called me to tell me not my family was to come back! That’s fine I’m sick of Vicki and her insults and she repeatedly has been caught ignoring phone calls at the facility because of caller ID and talking about them he she decides to answer.

I do not recommend this physicians clinic to anyone!! I went up there and had blood work and some other tests done and was told I would get a call with the results. The next week I called and left a message asking if they had received my test results back and if they could give me a call. I heard nothing. So I call the next week and nothing. So I continuously called up there until they finally answered the phones and told them I would like my test results and they wanted me to come in for more blood work because she “didn’t know” and they had tried to call me but my voicemail wasn’t set up. (I periodically call my phone from different numbers to make sure my voicemail is working.) They are very rude and I will get rude back. I went there trying to support my hometown clinic but apparently that was a dumb idea. The visit was good until it came down to someone not doing their job and not giving me my test results.
