Dylan is the MAN!!! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about services and plan features but his customer service is out of this world. He was not only able to resolve a withstanding issue we have had for over 3 months but he want above and beyond our expectations. It would be very very bad for tmobile or anyone for that matter to lose him as an employee. As a family we are extremely grateful for his service and his due diligence in not only resolving our matter but treating us with the utmost respect.

We had an amazing experience today! We checked several different carriers and sprint offered us the best deal! They were super nice, quick, and explained everything to us. They found us something to fit our budget and didn't try to push us into anything more. Thank you Sprint at the logan valley mall! You guys were great, and we will be returning to your specific store for any of our future cell phone needs.

We had Verizon phones and our friends told us about Sprint we went to the Sprint store in the mall and Gilbert Rivera answered all our questions and was very helpful. He is very friendly, not pushy and I'd a good representative for Sprint.

went to Verizon to see if I could get help on a cheaper bill due to some unfortunate events. they did not help. walked into sprint and they helped me soo much more. they helped me stay within my budget and I walked out with a phone and a bill i could afford! they listened and helped unlike Verizon who said I was stuck with a bill i couldn't afford!

Rubin, was great helped us with our issue, polite, and not one time was he a pushy saleman.....the first time & we'll go back because he was kind & very helpful.

Best service ive ever had from anyone! They knew exactly what I wanted before I even spoke!!!! It was like a family get together, very welcoming!!! If I could give these guys 100 stars I would!!!! Get in there and get yourself hooked up with Sprint!!!!

He has helped my husband and myself,with every step of the way. I'm a real idiot with phones and he has assisted me with some much. Without me every feeling stupid. If you want someone who is always willing to help come to him.

Very friendly and courteous. Told my wife and I everything upfront and didn't hide any details. Gave us all the options and didn't pressure us in any way to make a decision. Will definitely be back.

Always treat me good when I'm there and never steer me wrong anything and always honest and never beat around the Bush with me that's why I've been with sprint so long treat me well highly recommend

Kate is the best always does more then she needs too...her and her staff are the reason the stay.. she is a big asset to the company...don't ever let her go
