Great place to workout! I always feel so welcome here due to the friendly staff. Glad that the place didn't fill up with new Year's resolutioners! I love the spa services that come with my Black Card membership.

Love this gym! And even better they are all over! Good combination of machines and some freeweights. They also have several squat racks and 5 or 6 smith machines. I have a black membership so i get to use the lounge that has a cold therapy couch that my back loves!!

This place is insane…it reminds me of a Gold’s GYM on Dove, McAllen 10yrs ago. Read my reviews of Planet fitness Georgetown, TX. That was my favorite planet fitness. Oh and Tyler, TX. This place just feels like the right gym to not feel uncomfortable. The tall girl up front “stretch”is very good with people. I truly despise hearing the alarm but it works.

Very nice facility and great location. One of the few 24/7 PFs in the Valley. Very clean, well maintained, a good selection of new machines. Even the set up is great in that no one is working out in front of you because machines are staggered/spaced apart to avoid overlap. Nicely done.

Awesome gym. Next to Walmart. Semi truck parking at Walmart. Warm showers. Clean facility. I’ve never seen a gym with so many young kids, or maybe I’m just getting old. Clean parking lot and it’s well stocked. I’ll be back next time I am in the McAllen area.

I started going back to this gym again & I’m glad I did. It’s always clean & never have any issues getting to use any equipment at the time I go. Anytime the paper dispenser or spray bottle is running out. I let AJ know & he’s all over it…. Literally. What great customer service. It’s hard to find great help & service these days. Just wanted to make sure to let you know that it’s because of AJ why I came back to this location.Customer service is huge with me in my industry.

First time being new but I didn’t like how the person was talking to loud about his problems During on my massage. I wanted to relax . I love the vibes from the coworkers. 🫶 I feel welcome.

Planet fitness in Alamo is definitely one of the better ones in the Valley. The one in Pharr is closer to my home, but I prefer the one in Alamo 100 times more. Better equipment, and best of all, fewer people.

Love the place, Always so clean and the employees there are always so courteous, They have a wide variety of machines to do all types of exercises ❤ Plus with thee Black Card you get exclusives like the Hydro massage and other relaxing machines for after workouts

Excellent staffing, adequate machines/equipment. Never had a bad experience and never pack. Now I'm taking a guest and the accommodations to upgrade to a black card was great. Very knowledgeable ppl

Recently started going and taking my son with me...he loves going now and I have to beg him to leave. Always clean and never made to feel uncomfortable for not knowing how to use certain machines or do certain things, everyone super helpful.

Nice and clean establishment employees are friendly but the people can mind their business once in a while. 🤗❤

Lots of verity of machines, it doesn't get too packed with people and the staff is friendly. Its very clean thankfully .
