Wendy's

The food was hot and fresh. Our burgers were very nicely put together. Our fries were full. And our cokes actually tasted like cocke. The employees at the drive-thru windows were very friendly and provided fast friendly service. This was by far the best quality I have ever experienced at any Wendy's I have ever been too. Thank all you you for what you do and your hard work. You are appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's if your in the area.

Usually love their food but today I had the chicken biscuit. They have a new chicken for breakfast and it is terrible. It is very small and dry. It looks like chicken nugget minced meat.

The staff working the day we went were by far the best fast food employees I've ever met.

Easy online ordering! We were able to pickup the order in the drive thru. The apple pecan salad was really fresh and they got my order right - even with all my food intolerance modifications. I highly recommend this Wendy's!

I was kindly greeted by a super kind guy, as soon as was in Wendy's we were served and got our food and beverages quickly. My sister and I were given two frosties on the house and was one of the best experiences I had in Wendy's ever. Thank you.

Food is made correctly. They get me through the line fast. The guy that always cashes me out at window 1 is plenty friendly and good at his job. The spicy chicken sandwich deal right now is off the hook!

The service isn’t necessarily the fastest, but the food is top-notch, and that’s why we’re here. Probably a top 10% of all Wendy’s. Crazy juicy burgers and crispy fries!

One of the workers was extremely nice and gave us fantastic service. He greeted us, opened the door, and we also got two Jr frosties on the house. ❤

The food here was fresh, and tasted better them ever. The woman who took my order was very nice, and so were the rest of the employees. The food came out hot, and it was delicious. I strongly suggest eating here

Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches around. It seems like the secret is out. I could always pull right in and have no wait but now the line is always wrapped around the building. Coffee sucks but that's my fault, I spoiled myself with French press at home so nothing else compares anymore.

I like the food and all the stores but one has been nice and good food.I enjoy the chili in cool weather with chocolate frosty. I enjoy their grilled chicken sandwich & chocolate frosty in warmer weather. The one store that was not friendly, and food was cold was in n.west Ohio.

I go to this location often since it is close to my office on rt 18. I always get great service but I want to highlight Reggie. He was extremely professional, asked how I was doing today, and even complimented me all in the 1 minute it took to pay. I hope management sees this. Take my word, you’re going to want to keep him around!

Very impressed with the cashier who was under alot of pressure due to lack of help. Two thumbs up to him. Handle the pressure very well even going out of his way to assist customers with with requests. Give that guy a raise! Place is very clean and service was good. Thank you!

This Wendy's in Bellville OH is the best in the area. We stopped and weren't in the best mood when we got there and the person Manning the drive-thru taking orders was absolutely amazing put us in a better mood and we were laughing as we left the drive-thru and due to his friendliness and humor. There is nothing like going through a drive-thru and having a worker love his job so much that he makes his customers smile and laugh! I do not know this person's name but I would like to say that his personality is saaaweeeet, in absolutely his words! I don't think I will go to another Wendy's in this area because the reputation of those Wendy's is not as awesome as this one! I give Wendy's in Bellville five stars times 10 all the way around!!!

Ordered in my car, no problems food was hot and frosty s were cold. Parking lot is nice and spacious, easy to maneuver.

I was so embarrassed to have my card declined. The meal was only 2.18 kids value fry, nuggets. I was digging through my purse for change, when the wonderful lady said, don't worry about. I got this! Such kindness, thank you again, from the bottom of my heart

Very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I were very happy with the staff here. They were very nice and fast too.
Great location too. It's just at the bottom of the off ramp. 5 stars is worth it.
