Every time I come to this post office, I am greeted with such a positive attitude. Every single lady who works behind the counter is amazing and truly cares about the customer. They always care about making sure your needs are met, whether that means offering you the best shipping options or suggesting something different than what you have already selected. All the ladies deserve a huge raise! Thank you, Litchfield Park Post Office. I will always make sure to use them for all my needs :) Best post office in the state!

Super Quick. They scanned my QR code and I was out of there. Will do business with again.

One question I had about change of address kits. Worker brought me one as I waited in outer entrance, so I didn't have to wait in line. Much appreciated that.

About 14 years ago i was on a weight loss med Phenteramine. I truly believed i was a United States operation's personnel worker and that postage was free to me bc I worked 😞 for our beloved country. The postal 👷 worker listened but didn't judge. Well on any day service is just 👌 great.

Called and spoke with Kelly regarding some held mail not delivered, she said she'd talk to my carrier in the morning (I called late in day) and call me. I explained there was one item in it I was concerned about. Just a few minutes later she called back and reported all my mail was there and coming out in morning. My mail was all in my box, except the item I was most concerned about, that item was delivered to my door! That is service!

Out of all the post offices near Glendale I choose to drive to litchield because the staff is very friendly, it's very clean and organized, and they set up a person during their peak hours to mitigate the heavy traffic of people shopping items out. One employee actually took the time to help me repackage an item after letting me know I had made a mistake. Very helpful!

The USPS staff at Litchfield Park, AZ is always ki d and helpful. You dont see this much these days. It's nice.

Staff was patient and explained all the options I had available to me for shipping valuable items. They found me the best option at the lowest price. Best USPS I have been to.

Best usps in the valley other places are either rude to their customers and that's why the line is so long but this location bangs it out quick
