Bill's Marine Service - North Location

I have been a customer of Bill's for the past few seasons for winter/spring services, I have also used them to replace a shaft seal on my boat, this is the first full season I have been a storage customer of theirs. They are terrific to work with. Kelly the service coordinator is super responsive and extremely well organized and makes it a breeze to coordinate drop off, pick up, etc. I have only spoken with one of their service techs, James, but he clearly knows his stuff and they have capably performed all the service items I have requested for my inboard towboat. Probably the item I was most satisfied with this season was picking up my boat in the same condition (spotless) as I left it with them in the fall, it is clear they take great care to maintain the condition of the their customers' boats. An all around great experience and a very satisfied customer, I plan to continue seeking their services in future.

We had a great experience renting from Bill's Marine Service! The process was clear, quick, and easy to follow. When we arrived to pick up our boat, we were out on the water within 15 minutes and the drop-off was just as efficient. I would absolutely rent from them again!

Great experience renting a pontoon boat from Bill’s Marine this past week. Reservation process was easy and Kelly did an awesome job getting us through the paperwork and on to the boat. Guys on the docks were very helpful.

So glad to have this team as a group helping take care of our boat. It was a bit of a struggle at first to work through the purchase and initial storage, but Kelly, Joida, and the Bill’s North team are really fantastic to work with.

We enjoyed the day on our rented pontoon boat tremendously and we're glad we added a tube. Grañdparents, parents and children all had a great time. The people were friendly and efficient.

We only used the north-end boat launch. Pretty straightforward.

Expensive but you don't need a reservation to rent a boat. Just get there by 8 am. Customer service on phone could be improved.
