I have A LOT of GOOD things to say about my visit at What’s Up in the Lauderhill Mall. I went for backpack shopping for my kids, they had a large variety of backpacks and lunch bags with reasonable prices. The customer service from Jonica from the time I walked in until we cashed out was over the top. She was very helpful and quick. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone for backpacks, luggage and purses. Thank you for Great Customer Service!!

Big selection on kids character backpacks. Also carry Jansport and Everest. Price seems good too.

The manager there customer service was horrible.
Me & my family have been spending money with this store for years. Today, my mother (receipt , all accessories, tags included) wanted to return a bag she purchased on 3.13.19. The bottom of the receipt says no return exchange only in 14 days. She had no problem doing a exchange instead. The receipt does not say you have to get the EXACT ITEM you purchased. This "Manager/Owner" w.e he wants to call himself, tried forcing her to get back the SAME EXACT KIND OF BAG. The one i forgot to mention fell apart upon opening it. As a consumer would you want the back the same thing? His Attitude was revolting, his customer was that of a prek student; correction, they probably even have better customer service than this man has in his pinky.

NEVER SPENDING MONEY WITH THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!
