I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with this company and thier retail store associates, before.

A friend bought four dresses for my daughter for $200.00. When he purchased them the retail associate assured him that if we didn't like them we could easily exchange or refund them. Of the four I didn't like two so I went in to exchange them the next day. I literally mean THE NEXT DAY and they tell us that they cannot do anything for us. No exchanges or returns, because they are selling out to GAP. So now
they cannot honor what their return policy states. I felt like this was such a SCAM. I am never going to shop at Jani and Jack or at GAP again!

I waited in line for about 10 or 15 minutes to see if they had earmuffs. Once it was my turn, she pointed them out to me, so I walked toward them. While I went to grab them, two other people jumped me in line. She didn’t even think to ask if I wanted to buy them after waiting that long! She had some nerve expecting me to wait in line AGAIN. Never coming back to this location. It felt like I was invisible.
