First of all, Joe returned my call which was more than the other companies did. This communication continued throughout the process. A relative passed away who lived three hours from us. He had no other family or friends in the Binghamton area as he was 92. Being executor of his will, I had to clean out the apartment he lived in for 30 years. Joe made it so easy! I didn't even have to clean out the refrigerator! The sale of items did bring in money but we ended up having to pay less than $300 to haul away the rest. It was well worth every penny! Joe was upfront and honest about the value (or lack of) for certain items. Cleaning out the apartment when we live so far away would have been a monumental task. Joe made it easy. We cannot recommend Estate Solutions Unlimited highly enough. Absolutely the best solution to our estate issue.

To serve the customers equally and fairly Estate Solutions Unlimited provides a first come, first serve sign in sheet at least 1.5 hours prior to the the start time. When you sign in you are guaranteed that spot in line at start of sale. Prior to start last minute announcements are made and the list is called in order. Those who know this company are familiar with these procedures and understand the process

We had the good fortune to work with Wayne and Joe of Estate Solutions on the clearing out of our family’s estate. It was a difficult time for us on many levels. Wayne met with me as scheduled and right on time. We toured the property and discussed options of service which were more than I had been offered by other companies. They had the perfect option for our circumstances, did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it and finished the entire huge project during some excrutiatingly hot days in short order! This is a direct response to Renee Snyder who left a negative review. I was at that sale personally in Owego to watch the Estate Solutions Unlimited company run its business. I personally spoke to the owners of the company. After watching the process of the services they provide, I have recently signed a contract with them to handle my families Estate. I have recently spoke to the owners again regarding the negative review and he has informed me that Renee Snyder was not the person that signed the contract or the owner of the Estate. In fact, the companies owner used the executor of the estate as a reference in which turned to be all positive feedback. I highly recommend this company for all your estate and liquidation needs.

Joe, Wayne and team provided an extremely professional estate sale service, We had accumulated a large inventory of antiques, collectables and household/garden items. The vast majority sold at very competitive prices. A very satisfying experience.

Went to an estate sale that was first come first serve, but instead there was a "sign in list". Magically people who showed up after us happened to already have a spot on the list.
This had the strong smell of 'friends' of the company going to the front of the line to buy all the deals.
