Alex, the tech that delivers my propane is an absolute professional, always pleased with his efficiency and knowledge of the trade. Very happy with Ferrell gas. Alex should be commended on his service driven care of his customers.

I had a billing dispute and was very, very pleased with the resolution that was provided customer representative (Lynn, in Indiana). She was EXTREMELY helpful, and I'm so grateful for her and the excellent customer service she gave!!!

I have been a customer of Ferrellgas for 10 years. I have had the very best service, from the office personnel to the delivery person. I know I have choices, (I own my tank) but I continue with Ferrellgas!

Technician located the best place to install a 320-gallon LP tank for us. He explained it would be used but tested, how it would be installed, that I had to get the utility lines located and so forth. Very happy with the subsequent installation.

We always get quick, courteous service on the phone, fast deliveries of propane when we need it, these people are a joy to deal with! And the prices are reasonable. We will use this company as long as we live here, just like my in laws before us.

Your technician was wonderful and helpful. After filling my empty tank he came and and started my gas fireplace and outdoor grill.

My problem was resolved. There was a miscommunication within the front office and once management got involved, I received my propane promptly. I'm a new customer, retired military. I picked Ferrellgas because they boast of hiring many veterans. After getting my tank installed, I called and requested to have my tank filled. I called on a Wednesday and the tank was promised to be filled the next week by no later than Wednesday. After no one showed up to fill the tank, I called on the Thursday after. I was then told they had no record of my tank fill appointment or request. So they placed me on the schedule now as "pending a driver assignment." I just called this morning, 5 days later and my delivery is still not scheduled and the customer service representative told me my order is still "pending" and that no driver has been assigned and they were not sure when I could expect delivery. Propane was delivered, promptly after my issue was addressed by management.

Horrible communication. Never fixed my tank because they couldn’t repair with propane in tank. (I get it) However - they then proceeded to tell me it had been fixed previously - refilled my tank WITHOUT my authorization, and billed me. Now - I can’t light my pilot light and my gauge still says empty. My call was escalated to a manager months ago with no contact, no apology. They’re still happy to keep trying to bill me though. Worst customer service experience ever.

Very unprofessional I'm an HVAC/installer/service tech... told a customer about gas leak older gentleman from this area he called Ferrell gas they sent a representative out who told the homeowner they don't fix gas leaks... instead of offering solutions to this frantic home owner whose worried about his home blowing up the black iron had all the way corroided an was spewing fumes stronge the Ferrell tech instead of being professional was snooty an argumentive I referred the customer to primer gas.... but from watching Ferrell gases representative I would hate for him to have been the one to respond to a call for my grandmother or grandfather......they need lessons in public relations.

Asked to have gauge fix over a month ago still broke.

I am currently pregnant. We called last week when our 400 gallon tank was empty after 5 weeks. Said the tank is not leaking. We have been out of gas for 4 days and it is 20 degrees outside. Staff is rude and does not care about there customers well being. Excuse after excuse!

Our delivery was cancelled, without notice, when the driver could not find our location. Even though our tank was now empty, they couldn't get us back on the schedule for another week.
