McDonald's

McDonald's with a great play area offers a decent experience. The play zone is a highlight for kids, providing entertainment. However, the overall dining experience is average, with the usual fast-food fare. The play area's cleanliness could be improved, and service is standard. It's an okay option if you need a quick meal with a play option for kids, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

Food was good, but the lady at the window is why we keep coming back! So kind!!! We have been here twice for breakfast, and she always serves our food with a smile!!

Went through the very busy 2 lane drive thru..Jan 14th 9:13am..

I'm not a big McDonald's person per say but my husband does enjoy Big Macs and I must say the service is excellent at this location and the files are always fresh.

Hard to say anything about the atmosphere because I always go to the drive-through but I’m always impressed with the fact that I see the same people working in there which is a good sign of good Management. 👍👍

It is the first McDonald's that you can find from the Joshua tree heading west. They gave fast and equate service whenever I got there.

We visited for coffee and the restroom, it was crazy busy I mean insainly busy but the coffee was hot and the Restrooms were so so.

I don't eat fast food much but this is a very popular place for my Door Dashing endeavors. The staff is 5-star and the restaurant always looks clean/feels like a pleasant place to walk into. Sometimes there is a wait because of how busy they can be at certain times, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly - to customers AND to each other. 100% rock stars in my book. PS; they cater to their Door dash customers as if they were standing right in front of them like anyone else. That crew works their tails off and truly seems to care about customer service as well as quality. Teamwork in action every single day.

It's a perfect McDonald's experience every time

Heather the manager was super friendly and provided the utmost customer service for my partner and I. She let me know the pies I had ordered would take 12 mins so we opted to dine in and she brought fresh pies to our table and offered to refill our drinks. We are traveling from out of town and have been to many McDonald’s and she was the first manager I’ve encountered with a nice king demeanor and attitude. She takes her job seriously and is professional. Thank you Heather for a pleasant experience.

Definitely a kids favorite place

Every morning I get to go in order my frappe with a shot of espresso and extra whip and the little girls up front know who orders that specific order.
I get it he being a messy and I freaking love I'm so grateful to have the girls in the morning just asked how I am genuinely caring.

The soda machine is calibrated perfectly. All other fast food rest in the area sodas taste like water or detergent. Plus it's a privately owned business the food is super fresh always. Must try it Cheers y'all :D

I ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with the Buffalo hot sauce. Due to being morning, I was surprised they were willing to make the nuggets. I had to wait but worth it. They apologized for the wait which made it a great service. Food wasn't the best, I ordered chicken nuggets not a 5-star food item but overall a 5 star service and review. Thank you to the McDonald's crew that morning. Job well done!

I haven't been to McDonald in forever due to the imminent shame caused by most of their food and my lack of responsible choice control. Although the food tastes good, i find that it usually torments my soul. This time was different, though, as the double cheeseburgers and fries were perfect, and the coke I ordered was the best fountain soda I've had in three years. Service was refresingly up to par. It's been a few hours since I've eaten them, and I don't feel depressed yet, so it was worth it!

I consistently receive fast and friendly service even though they are always busy. Food is always on point too (for fast food). I go to this location weekly so this is based off more than one visit.

3 employees are very nice

Love their menu and fries and coffee
