They had actually good hot fries. And delicious carmel coffee.

Hmmm best mcd I've been too. Stay away from any mcd in DM or any city comparable sized. Towns over 20k citizens have nothing but garbage working

Fries are cold and hard, so is the apple pie. Butt the drinks are usually good.

This McDonald's was friendly, good fast-pace, clean and very helpful with assistance if required. If you need a quick-bite to eat, Its a decent place.

Their staff has definitely improved throughout the couple of years that they have been in Pella. They offer a quick and reliable drive through service and a nice and clean dine-in option as well. The inside was just recently renovated and while I haven’t gotten to actually sit inside due to COVID-19 it appears to be very modern.

This is probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to the service, food are always excellent. I go here for lunch during the work week sometimes and the service is always quick and polite. The breakfast is always great too. It's one of the few McDonald's that you can put in multiple special orders and not have them mess it up ever time. Great place to eat.

Clean restaurant. Pleasant staff. Beautiful building. They used to be a little slow in the drive through but...not any more! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! And...they do give you your food with a smile...

Nothing to complain about. They have cheap prices for pretty good food. The staff is okay, not like you would expect French waiters at a fast food joint

The best service I've had in a long time. We had a complicated large order. They had everything right, in a timely manner, and it was hot.

I always stop at this McDonalds when traveling through the area. The service has always been fast and I have never had a problem.

Food was good especially the fries were fresh and not cold and soggy like most McDonald's.

Love it when they come out too show you how the soda machine works just ask the manager thank you sir !!!
