Gracie’s Coffee

I just moved here from Austin. Big city with LOTS of coffee shops. Came here this Sunday morning for a vanilla iced coffee and I was super impressed. Friendly lady who helped, super fast service, coffee was amazing, and price was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be trying some food next time.

I love their coffee- everything I’ve tried! I enjoy trying new things and love when they have new flavors to try. Also, their gluten free chocolate bread is delicious! The staff is always so friendly, doesn’t matter who is working that day.

What a gem of a place in Gypsum! So convenient to be able to drive right up to the window and always be greeted by a person who loves their job! The breakfast breads are delicious and the coffee options are great. Some of my favorites are the turmeric latte and caramel iced coffee!

Gracie’s is my go to coffee spot! The gals are super sweet, always remember me, and make the BEST cup of coffee.

The coffee is amazing, the merch is so cute, and the employees are ALWAYS so sweet!

I got to try out Gracie's for the first time today. I currently have some dietary restrictions and she was super patient with me while she explained her offerings so I could find something that was a good fit. All of her syrups are house made and look delicious, I can't wait to try more things! I ended up with a chai and it was perfect. I'm very glad to have this in Gypsum.

This is THE place! Some of the best iced coffee and great outdoorsy vibe. Sip an iced vanilla latte while surrounded by the mountains. Will be back next visit to CO!
