Lake George Cafe

What a great place to eat!! We had breakfast and cannot wait to go back in fall for lunch! My classic scrambled eggs, bacon toast and hash browns were the best we had so far. I rarely eat hash browns, yet they vanished! Scrambled eggs were fresh and moist with a smooth texture. The bacon had a slight smokey flavor and slightly crisp popping with a burst of hickory taste. The husband ordered classic with 2 pancakes. He made me try a piece that had real maple syrup drizzled over it and that was the best pancake across The Midwest. I’m looking forward to returning soon. The owner is a charming and sweet lady and we had a great chat where she gave us the best fishing tips and lakes to go to. Do not pass this restaurant!

The staff is friendly. The food was large portions. Pancakes were the size of hub caps. Three perfectly cooked bacon slices. The omelette was plump full of ingredients. The coffee was topped off without being asked. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The prices were reasonable. Overall this is a new go to place when I'm in the area. Everyone should stop in.

Nice Cafe. Had the Hardy mans omelet (fully loaded). Ecellent meal if you are hungry. Friendly staff with nice atmosphere. If in the area again I would visit again.

If you have been there, They will remember you, its incredible! The food is excellent and the owners are great. The prices are more than reasonable.
