Starbucks

Passed by to purchase a mug on my roadtrip. Called ahead to make sure they had the item and they checked for me and confirmed in stock. When I arrived staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery if you plan on sticking around and drinking a cup of coffee.

Never been to this Starbucks, but it was a nice location. Great view of the mountains if you’re staying there. Quick and easy highway access for drive thru. The store itself was very clean and had a calm contemporary vibe to it. The staff was friendly. However I got a blueberry scone that was a tad dry. So not my favorite. Other than that, my order didn’t take long and I would definitely go to this location again:)

The employees here are awesome. They always have a smile on there face and are always friendly.

Amazing employees, who went above and beyond when my newer car had a power surge and died in the drive through! All three women during the early hours made our experience better and took care of their customers. Thanks again!

So, I ordered a mobile order and realized that the Westgate was close to get there so I had to drive all the way around and I was about 30 minutes late. And these people remade my drink and were so kind. I mean, they've always been great. But this just made them 10 times better.

The employees are pretty awesome at this location. They are always so helpful and don't rush you like some locations do. I've tried plenty from the menu and it's what you'd expect, but modifying the drink comes without a pain, again, due to the quality of staff they keep. I'd recommend this location over any in the Davis County area. It's very good.

I go to this Starbucks quite often as it is the closest one off base I can get to quickly as I only have a 30 min lunch break. Awesome service and they are usually pretty quick. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and only once have they ever gotten my order wrong once(wasn’t much of an issue tho since I ordered a white hot chocolate and they gave me a hot chocolate) I know I got often enough that a few baristas over the years have started to recognize me and know what I usually order and will ask to verify if it different. It does make me slightly wonder if I go there too much… lol but even when I don’t go for a while some of them still seem to know my face and order. Which is some good customer service in my opinion at least!

I'm not crazy about Starbucks and used to occasionally go to the Layton location for a few different things. After they consistently made my drink wrong or they added so much ice to my drinks it was like I was paying 5 bucks for a cup of ice with a sprinkle of tea, I decided to try this new location because I really enjoy the Starbucks refreshers but I usually change or add something here or there. I've been here a few times and they always make my drink perfectly. The staff is friendly and positive and I've been known to try new things and order some "weird" drinks and they always make it just like I ask. I go out of my way to go to this location because they are awesome. Great job staff and thanks for always making my visit and drink great! ☺

One of the cleanest Starbucks I've ever been in. Very nice interior. The employee could have been friendlier but they might have just been having an off day. Quality of coffee was great at this location too, usually they tend to be quite variable but this place is consistent.

Roe who usually works the drive thru is always so quick and knows my order each and every day. It's always a pleasure to see her every morning. This location could teach other locations a thing or two for sure. I am loyal to this location because I know they will always get my order right and tasty!

This is a nice location. The service was fast and friendly, there was no long wait, and it was very clean.

Great place have had good experiences, they have had some days where mess ups are made but they always make up for it. Like today, half off my drink cause my order got lost in the mid day rush. Stuff happens, what matters is how they handled it. And I'd say perfect!

Lady at the window was amazing as I have diet issues. She did everything to help me find something I could have. It's been a very long time since I have had such wonderful customer service. Thank you!

It's the service you expect from a Starbucks. I love that being so close to base they honor R.E.D. and its seems that many of them are Veterans themselves. A really great place, clean, friendly, and always welcoming.

Very friendly and professional staff. The cafe was very clean and orderly. Great coffee and tasty egg sous vide.

Good, fast and friendly service. It's right by Hill AFB so if you work there or have friends or family there this is a great spot for a break or to hang out. They're military friendly which is good.

Have not had any bad experiences here so far. Timely service and nice employees. I would recommend this place and will be a returning customer.
