The Koffee Shoppe

10/10 I could not find one bad thing to say about this place. We stopped here on a whim on our way to Johnstown. We expected mediocre coffee. We got great coffee and incredible food. I have never had a more satisfying meal. It was a completely unique experience to say the least. The service and food of a five star restaurant and the atmosphere of your favorite family gathering. The loft was a warm corner full of books, and not a speck of dust anywhere! Even the bathrooms were spotless. I could have stayed forever. Great food and drinks, friendly staff, warm atmosphere, clean, and enjoyable all around. I highly recommend anyone in the area stop in here.

Wonderful coffee shop in the heart of this small Pennsylvania town...

My wife is from the area but we live in Florida. Since she’s been gone the downtown area of Blairsville, from my perspective, has undergone a renaissance of sorts. One of the additions has been this quaint-looking coffee shop we’ve been trying to visit during our yearly pilgrimages back to her hometown, but for one reason or another have been thwarted. Well, not today.

Warmly decorated with not only large tables but sofa seats and coffee table, there’s an upstairs that provides a little privacy and may I dare say a more intimate setting. The selection for food ranges from sandwiches to burgers to paninis, to salads. They serve drinks out of bottles and have their own concoctions for sale. My wife had their chicken salad on a croissant, our grandniece had their hamburger, and I had a smaller selection of ham, apples, and cheese on a pressed pita. My wife’s choice and the grandniece were large offerings so much so we had to take half the burger home.

Service is friendly and very accommodating. We came in during the latter part of their open hours and did not feel rushed one bit - I suppose there’s some small town charm for ya.

In short, I can’t wait to go back, there is so much more to explore of this quaint offer shop.

Cis (Constance) is great! She aims to please her patrons w/the best coffee, service, breakfast & lunch meals. Quaint shop & gathering place for locals. Can dine in (upstairs, downstairs or on porch). Highly recommend & has a wide variety of options.

This cafe is a new favorite! Warm and relaxing... I especially love the balcony upstairs. Fresh doughnuts every morning. And the WiFi didn’t cut out once.

Nice atmosphere and great specialty drinks make this the go-to place in Blairsville. Good food, too! Karen will take good care of you with a friendly smile. 😃

Not just a coffee shop, but a breakfast and lunch cafe with great food in a clean, cozy environment. Sandwiches are inexpensive and named after local streets and landmarks. Try the Johnson Avenue Reuben!
