Some how a package of mine had been marked with the wrong zip code. Instead of being sent to me, it was sent to the town over. Once I had realized the problem, I frantically tried to remedy the situation to no avail. It was very difficult to get ahold of any one and I really thought all was lost. My last chance was to call Bogart and see if they could help. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who actually listened and cared enough to look for my package. He found my package and I was able to pick it up. I am so thankful to have finally found someone who gave me the time of day. Thanks Bogart USPS!

When I have to go to the post office, I always go to the Bogart location. The clerks are always friendly yet professional and efficient. I refuse to go to the Athens locations- always long lines and lazy clerks.

Friendly service and so much quicker than those crowded Post Offices in Athens. Worth the extra few miles drive from Athens if you need to save time!

I live on the east side but always go to this post office because they are friendly,helpful and it is hardly ever crowded so you can do what you have to do quickly.

This office needs to hold their drivers to a higher standard. I've had several packages jammed into my mailbox (damaging the contents) or left by the side of the road because a driver didn't want to set the item by the door.

Tired of my mail running so late

Apparently they’ve lost the legal paperwork that I sent certified mail on March 20. Supposedly it left their facility on March 22, but was never scanned in anywhere else which makes me wonder if it is actually floating around their office somewhere… Guess I’ll drive out there in the next day or two and ask then to look because they don’t pick up the phone either. SMH. No one to blame but myself. I should’ve sent it FedEx.

DO NOT USE THE DROP BOX AT THIS LOCATION ! 3 pieces of mail have been lost on two different occasions here. Mailed within a week of one another. Two cancelled check fees and lost documents. Who can find them ?
