Dutton Farmstand

My wife and I did a road trip through Pennsylvania,New York and Vermont. My wife has wanted to see the fall colors in the Eastern States for sometime. So this was the year for the road trip. We packed up the dogs and left from Texas headed East. Fortunately we have our daughter and son in law in Maryland as a landing place. We stopped at the Dutton Farm stand in Vermont for some apple cider donuts and maple syrup. They have a good variety of apples and lots of good fresh vegetables. If your up this way be sure to make it a stop along your way.

Wonderful produce, very friendly staff who gave us sample, and a wide variety of canned and baked goods that will make great gifts. Apple cider is pressed while you watch and they even gave us a tour of the process. A must see if you’re passing through Newfane

I had to drive to Bennington from Worcester Ma and I specifically drove to Newfane location for their pie. The raspberry rhubarb is unmatched. Great produce as always too!

❤ Dutton Berry BECAUSE of the fact that they had GREAT berries consistently year-round. I grew up in between South Newfane and NYC, so I was introduced to Dutton's extraordinary quality and availability early on in life.

Even later on when I was in college down in Western Massachusetts, I'd LITERALLY be able to get fresh berries in the winter 90 minutes NORTH of the Amherst/Northampton area, because Dutton would beat out the quality/availability of ALL the co-ops/stores down there as well. In the DEAD of a New England winter ❄🥶. Dutton is EXTRAORDINARY.

Fields were in amazing condition. Tons of fresh straw and no berries in the walkway. They have three varieties available all of them were delicious. We picked over 16 lb. The young woman at the checkout stand was very friendly and helpful.

A great place to get local food and everything Vermont. I got a couple of their sparkling apple cider and their rhubarb pie, and both were excellent. They have a great selection of fruits, pastries, cheese, and plants. Definitely stop by here if you're driving by.

Stopped in for garden soil. Met by the resident officer, a beautiful cat! Employee very knowledgeable and very sweet. Great place

Always for apple pie and cookies. Cookies never make it home snack for on the way back home to Ma. Have never had a bad pie yet. Stop in at both locations.

Freshly baked bread, cookies and pies. Seasonal fruit and veggies. And greenhouses full of annuals and perennials.

Best local farm stand in the area. Family owned for generations. Excellent pies and breads, Grafton cheeses, local brews, maple creamees, and fabulous produce (especially during berry season!!). Always a great stop.

Always glad to stop in when driving through to our destination.
Hard to find Very Dark grade maple syrup.

My family has been going here for years. The variety is awesome and fresh. I love the bakery and beer selection. They carry von trapp beer, which I didn't even know existed!

Great experience shopping for pansies at the Brattleboro store - friendly and helpful salesman Clarence made it a good place to buy hardy local flowers.

This is a great place to buy fruits, vegetables, and then some. Really popular and as local as you can get in newfane.nice atmosphere and nice staff, +they also sell non edible things as well, from plants /flowers, soils, etc.. Thanks sincerely Carl

In addition to the huge variety of produce they grown in their own fields they have other produce delivered and it’s all at very decent prices compared to other retailers (I’m guessing because fresh produce “is what they do.” Also fresh baked pies and other baked goods are always flowing out of the kitchen. Also cheese, fudge, beer & wine, milk & dairy, Vermont maple syrup, seasonal maple ice cream smoothies and ice cream quarts, small selection of dry goods.
