Nice had station very clean bathrooms

Just fine, no conflicts, just your standard well run gas station.

Janna was super helpfull and kind

Except for the lady worker was kind of had an attitude tonight

Overpriced gas compared to area and dirty dirty inside and out. Water for windshield cleaning smelled horrible and area around pumps needs power washed. Store was cramped with tiny aisles.. drink area was messy and bathroom was gross.

If you need a bathroom don’t stop here, it’s terrible and not clean. The isles are very tiny and not well organized. The worker we encountered was also not very helpful or polite. You are better off going somewhere else for both gas and food.

Had an bathroom emergency earlier this evening and stopped at the first gas station off the highway (I-64)which happened to be this BP. I asked a clerk for the bathroom and was pointed to the corner bathroom and oh what a relief after eating seafood earlier. While sitting on the toilet I heard someone knocking so I said I'll be out and a minute. The lady clerk yelled, "No drug activity in there! " I was finishing up when someone(customer) said he was going to punch me in the face as soon as I opened the door. Apparently his kid had to use the restroom. Someone kicked the door, then attempted to pry the door open. I opened the door, pants half down and pleaded to let me finish wiping. The lady clerk yelled at me to pull my pants up meanwhile two guys(customers) started pushing me out of the bathroom as I pulled up my pants. It was scary. I'm so happy I don't carry a pistol. It would've been an crime scene. I drove back to St. Louis angry!

We are traveling with our 18 month old son. We stopped to get milk for him and the unexpired ½ gallon my husband purchased was curdled when we poured it into our toddlers sippy cup. My husband took it back inside for a refund &the attendant grabbed another ½gallon unexpired milk & upon pouring it in to the sippy cup & seeing it wasn't chunky,he tried it & almost puked. It was bad too!

Horrible coffee this morning! it was ice cold and you can taste the burntness from it sitting there for hours. Couldn't get my husband a soda bc all the soda are "out of order" we asked what was wrong with them and was told the bags are out ....so do your job and change them. Lazy af!

I just went to this gas station......i got some candy for 99cents..and i was about to ,buy some scratch offs..the black lady at the store.who drives a chevy lumina..say,s i hope, u not about to do all these transactions ..she was rude..un-professional ..and, not what a employee is supposed to be..wearing a bp gas staion logo on there shirt..i said,i f i want to do, as many transactions..its her job to do them.im a customer ,in that store with money to spend..she said she wont do it..please,do not ever stop at this gas staion..the poor-est service,i have ever had..in my life,at any gas staion...caseyville,il...right across from mc donalds..dont ever go there....it gets no stars...and i hope, the woman gets fired

Slow service, dirty bathroom, and the employee is smoking within 12 feet of the pumps. Knowingly.

Blonde cashier with the blue streaks is rude as hell!
